Repair of Approach road connecting to X-Ray, Ultrasound and CT, MRI Building of DHH at Baripada in the District of Mayurbhanj for the year 2026-27

Approach Road - Earthwork in excavation of all kind of soil with initial lead and lift including rough dressing in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and the Earth transported by transport vehicles as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Filling foundation & plinth with sand well watered & rammed including cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour,T&P reqd.for the work etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm. size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of GSB by providing close graded GSB grading-IV materials as per Table 400-1 spreading in uniform layers with mortar grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with V.R.R. to achieve the desired density complete as per clause No. 401 of MORT&H specification for road & Bridge work (4th revision)

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

RCC M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade C.B. chips of approved quarry including hoisting, laying hire charges of concrete mixture, vibrator, watering, curing and cost of all materials and labour, T&P centering shuttering etc. complete but excluding cost of reinforcement complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing M.S. reinforcement for RCC work including cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in postion including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and cost and carriage of stell as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge
