Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for type B-1, 1:2:4 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings,roof kerbs, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (incl caps and bases) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry with soild blocks, type C1 1:3:6 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for providing, cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (Using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, padding or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 and 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with water proofing compound @ 200 ml per 50kg of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction etc., finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes: (i) WPC shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Scaffolding upto tripple storey deemed be included in the rate quoted by contractor .

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for stone walls cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting exc 20cm girth complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
