Banking available earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth breaking clods,watering, rolling each layers with ½ tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers and dressing up in embankments for roads flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks etc and lift upto 1.5m in all kinds of soil. The quantity of the fill shall be calculated based on levels and then reduced by 10% for the purpose of payment.

Turfing lawns with fine grassing including ploughing, dressing including breaking of clods, removal of rubbish, dressing and supplying doob grass roots at 10 cm apart, including supplying and spreading off armyard manure at rate of 0.6 cum per 100sqm.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m - All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All work upto plinth level -1:4:8 (1 cement: 4coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for foundations, footings, bases for columns.

Centering shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of form work for: Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All work upto plinth level -1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete m-20 mix with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated for reinforced concrete work in slab excluding steel reinforcement, but including centering and shuttering, laid in position.

12mm cement plaster of mix: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

6mm cement plaster of mix: 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

White washing with lime to give on even shade – New work (three or more coats).

Fabricating, Supplying and erection of steel shutters of size above 1.00m and upto 2.00m width, made out of 8mm thick Mild steel plate and ISMC 100 X50 mm channels for outer frame with each 2 Nos. of vertical and horizontal stiffeners with equal spacing made out of same section and 8mm Mild steel plate for Gusset plate 2 Nos of size 0.40 X 0.40m with required bolts and nuts etc and erection of shutters in position at site with all accessories and conveying and leading the shutters to the site. The rate to include the shutter shall be finished with one coat of anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide paint. The rate shall include the cost of steel shutter, petty civil work and trial operations and all taxes etc., complete.

Fabricating, supply and fixing of screw rod 80 mm dia Mild steel Round rod duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Capstain Head Assembly with required bold and nut fastened with Eye plate of the shutters including greasing etc., The rate including cost of materials consumables, labours charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments conveyance petty civil works and including all other taxes etc., complete.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of top beam made out of 200 x100mm (ISMB 200) duly drilled to suit the head set assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25mm Mild steel round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.9 necessary fish plate made out of 12 mm Mild steel plate of size 0.23 x 0.30m 2 Nos. to place of Beam in position including petty civil works and painting with one coat of anticorrosive black paint with one coat red oxide primer etc.,complete

Fabricating, supply and fixing of cast iron head set assembly light duly with hexagonal nut (Approximate 50 Kg) duly machined with nut threading to suit the screw rod with including cost of ball bearings for smooth operation cost of grease, one coat of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer. The cost shall include required handle for shutter operation etc., complete.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of shutter Groove angle made out of 100 X 100 X 10mm Mild steel angle with required height including welding of Holdfast of size 40 X 40 X 6mm mild steel angle 3 Nos. on each side and including petty civil works and painting with one coat of anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide primer etc., complete.

Providing and laying sand gravel mix 1:1 of 150mm consolidated thickness using 0.68 Cum of sand & 0.62 Cum of gravel for 1 Cum finished to a soaked CBR value of minimum 20 including cost and conveyance of sand and gravel to the work site and stacking to the standard departmental gauge for premeasurement, mixing the required quantities of sand and gravel, spreading watering and consolidation the mix by power roller rolling to achieve the required proctor density including the labour charges for mixing, spreading, hire and fuel charges for power roller and all other tools and plants employed etc., complete As per clause no 401 of MOST specification.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth three wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite Crushable type such as moorum / gravel for screening and gravel for binding to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density – by manual means -Water bound macadam Gr-I with Gravel screening. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite Crushable type such as moorum or gravel for screening and gravel for binding to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density - by manual means – Water bound macadam Gr-II with moorum or gravel screening. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision).

Cleaning the existing W.B.M. road surface including removing of binding material and other foreign matter with wire brushes and small picks, sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment. As per clause no 502.4.2 and 503.3.1 of MOST specification.

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface, heating bitumen in boiler and spraying the bitumen with sprayset fitted on bitumen boiler - on granular base such as WBM and WMM surfaces not bitumen primed. Rate of application 10kg/10sqm.

Providing and laying open graded premix carpet 20mm thick on prepared surface in a single course as wearing course composed of specified size of stone aggregates premix with a bituminous binder in mini hot mix plant 6 to 10 tonne laying manually and rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tonne but excluding cost of primer/tack coat. As per clause no 509 of MOST specification.

Providing and applying premixed seal coat type `B' comprising of thin application of fine aggregate premix with bitumen binder in mini hot mix plant, carriage manually of mixed material and laying and rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tonne. As per clause no 513 of MOST specification.
