Installation of a new metallic glossy type Sign Board

Dismantling of existing Sign Board made with ACP sheet and iron / galvanized sheet framing including lighting arrangement of size 20 ft. X 4 ft. (approximate) fitted over the main gate of the premises at a height of about 18 ft. This job includes necessary cutting of worn out plates, angles, nuts & bolts etc. by gas cutting or otherwise as necessary and transportation and stacking the same at selected area as decided by the authority of GCGSCL. Agency shall abide all necessary safety measures during this operation so that no damage of public / property shall be occur.

Supply, fabrication and fixing of Iron frame made with angle (50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm) etc. for necessary fixing of New Sign Board over the main gate by welding, fixing of nuts and bolts (Stainless steel of SS304 grade) and masonry work as required. This job also includes making necessary arrangement for supply and fixing of 4 nos. LED spot light (maximum 50 Watt each) with outdoor type / weather-proof fixture. Agency shall abide all necessary safety measures during this operation so that no damage of public / property shall be occur.

Painting of all iron structure with double quote of ISI approved primer followed with double quote of ISI approved paint as advised by the authority.

Supply and fixing of 3D Acrylic sign board made of 6 mm thick ACP sheet finished with ISI approved metallic color as background (color approved by the authority) and fixed on iron structure (ref. item no. 2) with SS304 grade nuts & bolts along with transportation. This job also includes supply and fixing of bright, polished stainless steel 3D lettering with SS304 grade nuts & bolts. The size of the board and lettering are shown in Annexure H. This job also includes fixing of 4 nos. LED spot light with outdoor type / weather-proof fixture of PHILIPS make along with necessary electrical connection as advised by concern department of GCGSCL. Agency shall abide all necessary safety measures during this operation so that no damage of public / property shall be occur.
