Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil

Supply of Quarry rubbish including stacking to department gauge for premeasurement and spreading required thickness

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for - foundations, footings, bases for columns

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix with stone aggregate 40mm nominal size in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and upto height of 1.5 above ground/bed level.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 mix with stone aggregates 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and 1.5 metres ground/bed level.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete - 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate

Cement plaster 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:3

Providing, hoisting and fixing upto plinth level for precast reinforced cement concrete slabs for drain cover slab of length varying upto 1.50m of various thickness including the cost of required centering, shuttering and finishing smooth with 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) on all faces except bottom of slab but excluding cost of reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggretate 20mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. Works including bending, binding and placing in position - Thermo Mechanical Treated Bars (ISI brand approved make) Fe - 415 or more

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)
