Dismantling, removing and carefully stacking Doors & windows including removal of frames,hinges and fastenings etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.
Dismantling, removing and carefully Corrugated iron sheet / PPGI sheet roof with Purlins and Trusses etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.
Providing two legged scaffolding using 48.30mm dia heavy duty MS pipe over all height of 3.00m the distantce between 2 legs being 1.25m and the spacing of the post being 2m in each rows and providing platform with C.W. planks using 40mm thick silver oak and 1.00m wide in complete form with horizontal bracings @ 1.50m c/c vertical direction and with cross bracings using same 48.30mm dia including cutting, threading assembly with red oxide primer, labour charges cost of speicals such on large plate, shoe, carcher, coupling, bolt and nut transportation charges as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality Fly ash Brick of size 230x110x70mm with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS 12894-2002 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally. other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing Triangle type structural truss using 38mm x 38mm Square MS Hollow Section truss with span 1.20m for alround the dining shed and using the 38mm x 38mm Square MS Hollow Section inner inter connection as vertical and cross section and welding 0.20 x 0.20 x 8mm thickness base plate at the bottom of the truss, drilling 14mm holes in the base plate to fit to vertical post top base plate, fitted with 12mmx50mm galvanized bolt, nut and washer, welding with necessary ribs for rigidly with aid of 10 gauge electrode and grinding smoothly and painting two coat synthetic enamel paint over anti corrosive primer with complete satisfaction of officer incharge.
Supplying and fixing M.S purlin of size 50 x 25mm for shed with necessary cutting to required size, welding and fixing in position including convenence charges, lifting charge etc., complete.
Supplying, fixing and roofing with colour galvalume sheet of 0.47mm thick with all necessary accessories such as J/V bolt and nuts of suitable length with suitable bitumen washers complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Renewing and refixing the damaged in position of (Natural colourmatt) Aluminium grill of 6mm thick of standard pattern (diamond shape) including 'F' and 'H' section using aluminium rectangular section of size 63.50 x 38.10 x 1.28mm @ 0.759 Kg/m for alround and intermediate vertical frame with necessary aluminum clips, rubber beedings etc, including dismantling masonry with power drill to the extent required and made good to the original conditions after fixing as directed by the departmental officers. The aluminium surface is to be anodized with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI specification 1868 / 1962 of anodic film thickness of not less 15 microns (fifteen) for all section etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.
Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and Three plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying and fixing the WPC door shutter with frame using 75mmx40mm solid outer frames, its covered with 25mm thick solid PVC sheets for shutter panelling shall rigidly fixed in position, The rate includes for transport, fixing with necessary furniture fitting such as 3 nos 4" Stainless steel butt hinges, 2nos 6" Stainless steel tower bolts,2nos 4" Stainless handle, etc., complete complying with standard specification. Thickness: 25mm thick
Painting Old Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of ready mixed Interior (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)
Repairing damaged Terrace tile area & Wall surface with waterproofing elastomeric coat by removing all existing paint, putty and Loose plaster over wall, clean surface preparation with metal brush & putty blade also complete touch up work with pop mixing with SBR Chemical. For walls & Terrace with SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber) / Acrylic primer added to the cement with 1:1.5 ratio apply one coats as a protection coating & to make the surface strong. Followed by two coat of elastomeric water proofing coating. The rate including labour charges, SBR/ Acrylic primer, Elastomeric, POP and scaffolding etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers at site of work.
Supplying and fixing solid core flush shutter of Single leaf type with thickness with necessary T.W. internal lipping alround conforming to IS 2202-1(1999) including cost of wind appliances and furniture fittings such as 3 Nos of SS 304 Grade Parliament Hinges of Size (125mm x 150mm), 2 Nos 300x12mm aluminium tower bolt 1 No. 200x12mm aluminium tower bolts 1no. 250x16mm aluminium aldrops, 2 nos. 200mm ‘D’ type aluminium door handle and door stopper with bush etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - Single leaf. Door Shutter Type : Thickness: 35mm thick
Supplying and fixing Country wood scantlings for door and windows and any other joinery works using teak wood scantlings below 4m in lengh and complete it in all floors including labour charges for the manufacture of frames as per standard specification.
