Excavation work by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/ manual in all height and depths and in all kind of soil including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work both in soft and hard rocks, chiseling/ wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil , setting out true to the required line, grades, width, cutting and trimming of side slopes as shown in the drawing and if water is met with in the excavation due to springs, seepage, rain and other causes it shall be removed by the suitable diversion pumping or bailling out and excavation shall be kept dry wherever so required by the contractor at his own cost as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge and disposal all surplus excavated soil in acquired width or at an approved dumping site (to be arranged by the contractor) including its stacking leveling dressing including all lead and lifts by head load, mechnical transportation or by any other mode of transportation with all cost of labours, machineries and other incidentals to complete the work as per HP PWD specification. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceble meterial shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all case. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding of GST.

Excavation work by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/ manual in foundation trenches or drains and overall areas in earth work of all kind of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work, jumper blasting work soft and hard blasting and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, including shoring, strutting or bailing out water upto any depth or any height quantum of water including dewatering removal of slush and stacking the serviceable and unserviceable material clear from the edge of excavation and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge and returning the stacked soil in 15 cm (Fifteen centimetre) layers, when required into plinths, side of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layer by ramming watering and then disposing of all excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge, ( the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site ( to be arranged by the contractor) within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding of GST.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etcetera including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, upto any depth including getting out the excavated soil, then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm (Twenty centimetre) in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etcetera and disposing of surplus materials/excavated soil as per specification, approved drawing, design, specification and as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors,including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding of GST.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with Road Roller 8-10 (eight - ten) Tonne, including making good the undulation etcetera after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm (twenty two decimal five centimetre) depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etcetera and re-rolling the sub grade completed as per HP.PWD specifications including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding of GST.

Providing and laying of properly hand-packed filling interstices with Kharanja stone solling under floors of selected hard stone including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding of GST.

Providing and construction of granular sub-base 150mm (one hundred fifty milimeters) compacted thickness by providing well graded materials as per table 400.1 spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with three wheel roller 80-100 kN (Eighty-hundred Kilo Newton) static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD Technical Specification section 400 for grading-I material, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) ( fifty three millimetre to zero point zero seven five millimetre ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads and lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne ( eight to ten tonne) capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm (four millimetre) diametre GI wire SWG-8 conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 x 100 mm (hundred into hundred millimetre) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 (ten) percent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25 kg (Twenty five kilogram) each as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1301, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
