Supply of following sizes 5 kV grade PVC insulated & PVC sheathed, antitermite & anti-rodent, multi-stranded copper conductor single core Airfield lighting cable confirming to IS 1554 (Part-II) with up to date amendments and confirming to tenders technical specifications, terms & conditions etc. complete as required. (a) 1CX6Sq.mm

Supply of 5 kV grade ESNA connector and suitable for field attachment with 5kV grade PVC insulated, PVC sheathed following cable conforming to technical specifications etc. complete as required. (a) single core 6 sq. mm copper conductor

Supply of power cable of 1.1KV grade of following sizes Aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured cable confirming to IS 7098(PartI) with upto date ammendments. (a) 3.5C x 70 sq. mm

Supply of 2core X 4 sq.mm AGL secondary lead made out of annealed tinned copper conductor, EPR insulalted PCP sheathed,unarmoured,anti termite & anti rodent treated 600V/1100V grade cable for connection between isolating transformer and airfield light fixtures as specified in particular specification etc complete as required.

Laying of size 2 corex4 Sqmm secondary lead and making interconnection between isolating transformer and airfield light fittings etc in existing pipe/masonary open duct wherever reqd etc complete as reqd.

Supply of 6 Core, Single Mode,OS2, armoured optical Fibre cable, external rodent resistant with as per standard specification as required.

Laying of following sizes outer dia. HDPE pipe with HDD trenchless method direct in ground at minimum depth of 3.0 meter (under Runway/Taxiway/Road only) in all type soil including coupling, splicing,jointing of pipe,rope etc complete as required in all respect as per specification. (a) 50mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV/ 5 KV grade & OFC Cables of following size in the existing RCC/GI/HUME/METAL/HDPE pipe etc. as required. Upto 70 sq. mm

Supply of following rating 5KV, 50 Hz individual lamp series type Isolating Transformer encapsulated in TPR/TPE with primary and secondary connection leads complete and confirming to tenders technical specifications, terms & conditions etc. complete as required. a) 15 Watt,6.6A/6.6A(for elevated/inset type Taxiway/Apron edge lights )

Supply of 45W, 6.6/6.6 Amps, 5 KV grade, 50 Hz, series Isolating Transformer encapsulated in polyester resin, finally moulded in neoprene type rubber with primary and secondary connectors etc and all other standard accessories required as per ICAO and conforming to technical specifications.

Installation of 45W & 15W 6.6/6.6 Amps, 5 KV grade, 50 Hz, series Isolating Transformer encapsulated in polyester resin, finally moulded in neoprene type rubber with primary and secondary connectors.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required. (a) 3.5C x 70 sq. mm(38mm)

Cutting of pipe groove with kerf cutting machine of suitable size & depth for laying of GI/HDPE Pipe/Secondary lead in bituminous/PQC area of runway i/c kerfing,chiseling,cleaning and refilling the groove with suitable PCC and sealant material as required and making good including primer etc. complete as required as per direction of EIC.

Earthing with G.I pipe 4.5mtr long x 40 mm dia including accessoires, and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc with charcoal/coke and salt complete as required .

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire along with UG cable in direct Ground/Trench/ HDPE/GI Pipe etc complete as required.

Supply and laying of following size medium class G.I. pipe with all accessories in existing trench/ground etc complete as required. (a) 25 mm dia

Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of FAA compliant, indoor type Microprocessor based Constant Current regulator (CCR) suitable for remote as well as local control operations with 5 position brightness control (6.6A maximum current corresponding to 100% brightness) on input voltage 230/415V, 50 Hz., AC supply, provision for control supply with all switchgears, CCR protections, connection/inter-connections etc. and confirming to tenders technical specifications, terms & conditions etc. complete as required. Note: CCRs should be compatible with ALCMS system. (a) 4 KW, 6.6A output current.

Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of FAA compliant, indoor type Microprocessor based,air cooled Constant Current regulator (CCR) of thyristor control electronic type suitable for use on 240/415 VAC, 50 Hz, input AC supply with below mentioned output 2.8 to 6.6 amps with 5 steps variation of current output suitable for local and remote control operation with 24/48 VDC control supply complete with output current indicated on multifunction digital display, over current, over voltage, earth fault protection and earth leakage meter, positive back indication and earth leakage meter, positive back indication equipments relay contactor etc. as per tender technical specification complete as required. (a) 2.5 KW MPCCR at 6.6A, supply voltage 240 VAC .

Installation, Testing and commissioning of inset Type Airfield light fixture including cuttings the Bilminous/ Concrete Runway by cuttings the Runway with Machine Tool for required size, positioning of fittings, applying suitable sealent for bonding etc., making the Runway to the original shape and strength, alignment of fitting etc., including installation of Inset Type Fitting and Installation of Isolation Transformers in the CI box, and making secondary Lead connections and Earth connections including Testing and Commisioning etc., as required.
