Note: Work will be executed at a height of upto 20m. Hence necessary scaffloding and all sefety precaution deemed to be included under rate quoted by contractor.

S&F, precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating and 80 to 100 mm thick sandwich puf, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5 x 55 mm) with EPDM seal or as per laid specification as complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats on new work including a coat of primer of (wooden / steel) for painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on wooden and steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

HSE Guidelines: It is recommended to provide adequate general and local exhaust ventilation, provide protection to eye, face, hand and other skin by wearing appropriate gloves, goggles, face shields, respiratory protection etc., as directed in SDS of the product.

M&L for Soft Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with Optra (Bevelled Tegular) edge tiles with 15mm exposed Grid. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 95%, NRC 0.9 - 1.0, Light Reflectance ≥ 85%, Colour White, Fire Performance UK Class 0 / Class 1 (BS 476 pt - 6 &7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 15mm, suitable for green building application with recycled content of 66% GW & 74% RW. The tile shall be laid on suprafine 32 with 15 mm wide T section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e., the main runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm cross tees with a web height of 32mm and a load carrying capacity of 7.5Kgs/M2 with a minimum pull out strength of 100 kgs. The T Sections have a galvanizing of 90 grams per M2 and need to be installed with suspension system and necessary angle and approved colour complete all as specified and directed.
