ROAD, PATH AND CULVERT WORKS

M&L for preparation of new /old surfaces providing and making lines, dashes , arrows, letters etc on road with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint min 2.50 mm thick complete in all respects such as furnishing all labour, material, tool, Equipment incl all incidental cost necessary to carryout the work at site conforming to technical specification clause no.803 of MORT & H specifications 4th Revision of 2001/Latest edition complete all as specified and directed

Bringing earth (free from shrubs, vegetation etc) from out side MD land for and including forming embankments upto rasing (or lowering earth, spreading in layers n exc 30cm thick; watering , ramming/rolling and finising to required size, shape, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : For payment purpose, measurement of quanitity of earth filing after deduction of 5% shall be considered.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Construction of brick masonary valve pits of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 600 mm (internal dimension of chamber), depth of chamber to be reckoned from the top of PCC in foundation to top of MS cover as shown in drg with and including MS sheet cover fabricated from 3 mm thick MS sheet and frame of angle iron 40 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm with fixing arrangement hinges and locking arrangement and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces on MS cover and frame including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, brick work using bricks as mentioned in PS clause 5.1 in cement mortar 1:6, 15 mm plastering in cement mortar 1:4 both internally and externally 30cm below GL, 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cutting existing CI/GI water main for insertion of new CI tee 100mm including joint and jointing material complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of road/hard surface of width approx 300mm and depth not less than 600mm for laying of 80mm dia of GI/DI pipe line and refilling the soil in layers incl watering and well ramming and repairing the disturbed road/hard surface with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 properly and incl removal of surplus soil complete all directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRICAL SUPPLY WORKS

Supply, design, transportation, installation and commissioning of 11 KV 3 phase 50Hz 630Amps 21 KA for 3 sec outdoor extendable type 3 way RMU (with 01 No SF6 insulated VCB and two Nos of LBS for incoming) having SF6 insulated copper bus bar housed in stainless steel enclosure extendable type on both side complete and necessary foundation with fencing and all as directed on site by Engineer in charge including following items:-

(i) Suitable motorised operation with manual option and equipped with suitable type and rating motor all as per OEM recommendations complete . (ii) Two Nos of incoming load breaking switch and one No SF6 VCB for outgoing complete self powered numeric relay suitable for 3O/C and E/F and short circuiting facility incl equipment protection relay etc Relay should have facility to display the maximum loaded phase current also record 5 fault with time stamping. Make Ashida or equilent. (iii) Fault passing indication 01 No for each incoming. (iv) ON/OFF/Trip/spring charged/healthy trip circuit indication 03 sets. (v) Shunt trip, closing coil etc. (vi) 24 Volts DC supply system as per OEM recommendations incl batteries and charger 01 Set Exide/Amaron/SF connected from nearby AC supply incl wiring controll switches etc. (vii) Emergency trip push button (viii)Cable box for termination of cable up to 240 Sqmm 3 core (ix) Danger notice plate/stickers on each cable box/RMU body. (x) Any other accessory/parts required as per manufacturer recommendations. (xi) Platform for the feeder pillar board with PCC 1:2:4 and grouting blots etc for panel . The platform shall be of 450 mm height above and 450 mm below ground level leaving minimum 100 mm all around the feeder pillar board.

Supply , installation testing and commisioning of CPRI approved type panel board suitable for wall mounting size not less than 600 X 600 X 300mm with locking arrangement fabricated out 2 mm thick CRCA sheet dully powder coated , dust/water and vermin proof suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 50HZ 4 wire AC supply complete with and incl the following accessories- (a) MCCB TP 100 amps capacity 35/36 KA 415 V with adjustable thermal and magnetic release and Ics=100% of Icu - 01 No (incoming) (b) MCCB TP 63 amps capacity 415 V- 03 No (Outgoing). (c) Earthing terminal- 02 Nos.

Supply and lay double wall corrugated high density polythene pipes having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface on the inner wall confirming to IS- 14930 (Part I&II) for protection of underground cables with all fittings, laid in trenches /road/nallah or fixed along wall , poles or laid under floor etc all as specified for the following sizes:- Make: M/s Rex Polyextrusions Eleatexx or equivalent ISI marked.

Outer dia 78mm inner dia 63.5mm bore.

Outer dia 50mm bore inner dia 39 mm bore.

M&L for MS junction box made out of 2 mm thick sheet of size 250mm x 200mm x 150mm with 4 Nos aluminium busbar of size 20 x 3 mm thick mounted on porcelain insulators with and including MCB, 'C' curve, SP, 06 Amp - 01 No. including incoming and out going connections with necessary welding work, clamps and mounting on poles etc complete all as specefied and as directed.

Drilling of bore of size 150 mm dia upto 200 m depth by direct rotary mechanical system for injection well in any kind of soil strata including hard stone/boulders all as specified and directed.

Reaming of bore well from 150 mm dia to 300 mm dia hole up to 90 meter depth below the ground level in any kind of strata of soil/boulders/rocks etc all as specified and directed.

Supply assembling and lowering Rigid PVC blind casing pipe wall thickness not less than 7.5 mm heavy grade of size 150 mm dia socketed including fitting riveting jointing and lowering in bore hole confirming to IS-12818 : 2010 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing HPDE PVC pipe 150 mm bore single socket wall thickess not less than 7.5 mm in any length slotted with rubber joint and lowering in bore hole complete as per IS-12818 : 2010 all as specified.

Supplly and fixing PVC/MS bail plug assembly suitable for 150 mm dia bore PVC casing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supplly and fixing PVC/MS well cap 150mm bore suitable for 150 mm dia bore PVC casing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pea gravel of size 3 mm to 4 mm packig all around the casing pipe to entire depth upto ground level complete all as directed and specified.

Devlopement of injection well bore with compressed air with diesel engine operated compressor for number of hours till free flow of water in well as ejected is obtained complete all as specified and directed.

Gravity flow filter unit of size 4.0 metre X 3.0 metre X 0.90 metre with supply and filling of filter media in the recharge Pit in the following manners:- (a) Bottom layer 30 cms thick of gravel of size 20 to 30 mm. (b) Middle layer 30 cms thick of gravel of size 5 to 10 mm. (c) Top layer 30 cms thick of coarse sand of 2 to 4 mm

M&L for MS cross of size 150mmX 150 mm with 150mm branches made out of MS pipe heavy grade having internal threads complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing HPDE PVC pipe 100 mm bore single socket wall thickess not less than 7.5 mm in any length slotted and connect with 150 mm bore HDPE pipe by mean of rubber joint, Tee etc. as per IS -12818 : 2010 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MS clamp, 1050mm long made out of MS flat of size 150mm wide 20 mm thick suitable for casing pipe of 150 mm dia in two halves with suitable nuts bolts and washers, including two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.
