Supply and fix 60W ENDURA PERL PLUS LED street light fitting 5700K with NDPD, new generation, energy saving and environmental friendly, long life made up of pressure die-cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having top opening separate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 with 10kV built in surge protection device including all accessories complete all as specified and directed. Supply, laying, connecting and testing of 1100volt grade LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, (heavy duty) electric power cable with aluminum conductor of size 2core 10sq mm including taking out existing old unserviceable/ burnt/ defective cable from the excavated trenches/ wall/ floor/ pole/ pipe with cable end boxes, glands, bricks, etc. with necessary disconnection work and keep in safe custody for reissue if found serviceable condition complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havell’s/ Polycab/ Universal. Note: Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, cable protection shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule ‘A’.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cable, etc. and getting out in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50m depositing where directed and at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying DWC HDPE pipe of outer dia of 50mm and inner dia 40mm polyethylene (PE) with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non-pressure for underground cable including bends complete all as specified and directed. Make: “Rex Polyextrusion Ltd” or equivalent make as approved by GE.

Supply and fix DWC HDPE coupler of dia of 50mm complete all as specified and directed. Make: “Rex Polyextrusion Ltd” or equivalent make as approved by GE.

Material and labour for providing 1100volt grade heavy duty 2 single core 4sqmm PVC insulated sheathed cable in service connection to light fitting to terminal box including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havell’s/ Polycab/ Finolex/ Plaza.

Supply, fabricate and fix on LT pole street light bracket made out of 25mm dia medium grade GI tubing, 1.00metre long bent to shape to 120 degree without welding fixed with 2 sets of MS flat iron clamps made out of 40mm x 6mm thick with necessary nuts, bolts and washers including taking down existing brackets complete all as specified and directed. Make of pipe: Jindal/ Tata/ Zenith.

Supply and fix 100W JETA IRIS LED flood light fitting 5700K, energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, exclusive innovative die-cast aluminium IP66, suitable for highlighting architectural façade and general purpose lighting including all accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Havell’s cat No JETAIRISFLS100WLED757ASYMLTG or equivalent make in Phillips/ Bajaj/ Wipro/ Crompton Greaves/ Luker.

Supply and fix 35W RUBY (CLEAR) – IP 65 LED post top light fitting, new generation, energy saving, environmental friendly, long life aesthetically designed with symmetrical light distribution, spun aluminium landscape luminaire with high power LEDs as light source, suitable for pole dia Ø 76 mm including all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.
