Construction of Lucknow-Faizabad Road to Dewa Road via Gadiya Km-05 (Gadiya Farm) to Jashmanda Link Road in Block Banki, District Barabanki (including 5 years maintenance charges)

Construction of subgrade embankment and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all ifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 3002 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (Cartridge 3Km)

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with Three wheel Static roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical specification clause 405

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with Three wheel Static roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical specification clause 405.

Brick edging on both side of road of 1st class brick 8 cm. (3") wide and 12 cm. (4.5) deep laid with mud mortar all labour finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth including all labour, T&P sudries required for proper completion of work material. (SOR)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical specifications Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by a seal coat of either Type c as per technical Specication clause 508

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C, as per Technical Specification Clause 510.
