Removing the existing APP membrane, fine cleaning the surface to remove loose particles and mortar and clean the surface with the help of wire brush to ensure that the surface is dust free including cleaning of surface and pressure water wash complete all as specified and directed.
M & L for filling gaps and joints with Asian Paints Smartcare PU hybrid Sealant wherever necessary, Supply and applying two component Asian Paints Smartcare PU Magnum Primer of thickness 75 micron (DFT) and allow it to dry for twenty four hours, Roller applying/ Spraying the two coats of Asian Paints Smartcare PU Magnum, each coat of 500 micron thickness (DFT) to form layer of 1000 micron thick (DFT) and deposition must not increase 750 gm/sqm in each coat, with 24 hours intervals after each coat of one-component brushable, polyurethane, waterproofing membrane on cementitious surface complete all as specified and directed. MAKE: Asian Paints or equivalent as approved by GE.
M & L for treating cracks with PU hybrid sealant/ Textured crack filler of Asian Paint and treating structural and masonry joints window walls / damp areas with AP Smartcare Damp Block 2K complete all as specified and directed. MAKE: Asian Paints or equivalent as approved by GE.
Supplying and applying advance anti-algal wheather proof, 100 % Acrylic smooth emulsion with silicon additives, Asian Paints Apex Ultima or approved equivalent (The coating shall be in 2 coats, 2nd coat in interval of 4- 6 hours) over 1 coat Asian Paints Smartcare Damp Proof Ultra self priming with 33% dilution with water and 1 coat of Asian paints smartcare Damp Proof Ultra with roller applied fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid applied waterproofing membrane formulated with PU Hybrid polymers and reinforcing polyster fibres which forms thick seamless durable membrane after curing all as specified and directed. MAKE: Asian Paints or equivalent as approved by GE.
