Supply and fixing GI tubing 'Medium grade' 25 mm bore, with all fittings( Tee, Elbow, Nipple, Reducer, Union) clamps screws MS clamps, hooks complete on laying of pipe in ground/fixed on wall/floor/ceiling all as specified and as directed.
All as per ser item No-08 above but for GI pipe size 20mm dia.
M& L in replacement of Gun metal gate valves with iron wheel head , screwed both ends for 25mm medium grade GI pipes all as specified and directed.
All as per ser item No - 10 above but for GI pipe size 20mm dia.
Labour for cutting cast iron pipes of 100 mm bore in position and reducing to required length for insertion of new tees,branches, Mechanical Joints etc, complete all as directed.
M & L for repairing to damaged portion of valve pit chamber on existing chamber foundation with 230 mm thick brick wall in CM (1:6) 75 mm thick coping with PCC 1:2:4 type B1, 15 mm thick plaster work in CM 1:4 over all internal and external wall with white wash of both surface and Chequered plate cover of 7mm thickness for Valve Pit Chamber of size upto 900x900x750 mm with hinges, equal angle iron frame(40x40x4mm) and necessary locking arrangement painting of synthetic Enamel paint over coat of red oxide primer on Plate including dismantling existing damaged portion of chamber and removal of all debris all as specified and directed .
S&F in replacement Sluice Valve complete as per IS : 14846 / 2000 with Stainless Steel Spindle duly ISI Marked Flange as per IS: 1538 DI class PN 1.6 flanged type of size 100 mm, including all minor fixing arrangement complete all as directed.

M&L for cutting existing bituminous road upto 0.5 Mtr depth and width not exc 30cm for laying of pipe line of any size (up to 100mm dia), refilling and making good after laying of pipe with removed soil/debris/dust and finally sealed with patchmat of thickness not less than 15cm to match with the top surface of Road. Note : Rate for patchmate shall be deemed to be included in above quoted rates.
M&L for mechanical joint of size 100mm dia for connecting to the 100mm dia CI Pipe to 100 MM dia DI Pipe all as specified and directed.
M & L for of Ductile Iron K-7 class Special fitting of IS 9523 any type spigot and socket ends or flanged pipe with jointing ring/material as required at site (such as bend, taper, Tee, flange, socket, coller, Reducer, angled branch etc) Socket end/ flanged as ordered of 100mm dia complete all as directed. Note:- (i) The weight of the fittings shall be measured and paid as given in relevant IS or actually provided which ever is less. (ii) All fittings shall bear relevant IS stamping marking. (iii) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Cost of the joints and jointing materials shall be deemed to be included in the relevant items of DI pipes here-in-before.
Dismantling the drain,footpath any type and any width during replacement of damaged GI pipe line of size 25 mm, and making good the surface as per existing by using bricks, stone, paved bricks,Sahibabad tiles all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The rate of bricks, stone, paved bricks,Sahibabad tiles, cement , sand, stone aggregates are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) If the contractor not repairing the patches then the total repaired cost including penalty @ 25% of repairing cost is calculated and the amount should get recovered from the contractor's Bill.
