Repairing/Replacement of 400 kV Unnao Bay Main Bus-A Pantograph isolator at Electricity 400 kV S/S Division, Agra.

Proper complete dismantling of damaged/defective 400 kV Pantograph isolator of 400 kV Unnao Bay (96A, 03 Pole) S&S make inlcuding opening of boxes, dismantling of trapizam from bus, cutting of earthings, cables etc & then safe shifting & stacking at store.

Modification of existing S&S Pantograph isolator structure for erection of new S&S make PG isolator, the work include fabricating, cutting, welding, bending etc.

Proper Shifting of new isolators & all its accessories from store to site & complete erection of 400 kV Pantograph isolator S&S make (03 pole) including operating boxes, erection of trapizam at bus, earthing, cabling etc. including shifting of material from store to site.( The job also includes of preparation of cable schedule as per new S&S isolator) and all other associated work to satisfactory operation with proper connection between arm to trapizium. Also shifting of old isolator to store as directed by JE.

Cutting/Welding/Bending/ of 4” aluminium IPS bus for proper connected of above isolator as per actual requirement at site.

Cutting/Welding/Bending/ of 4” aluminium IPS bus for proper connected from bus A to B on R-phase including repairing of AL. IPS wherever damaged.
