Taking up Cast iron water mains Pipes (CI/DI Pipes Lines) of 200 mm (8") dia any class (includings all fittings), including disconnecting pipes and fittings complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 herein before of size 150 mm (6") bore.

All as per item No 1 herein before of size 100 mm (4") bore.

Taking up sluice valve of any sizes from pipe lines complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up Gun metal Gate Valve/bib tap of any size from pipe lines complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up GI Pipe of size 80 mm dia including all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up GI Pipe of size 50 mm dia including all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up GI Pipe of size 25 mm dia including all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up GI Pipe of size 20 mm dia including all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of CI/DI/GI pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing of old serviceable GI tubing / connection in new or old positions including cleaning, cutting,threading all as directed, along with GI fittings where ever replaced and required at site of size 80 mm bore.

All as per item No 13 herein before of size 25 mm dia.

Material and labour for Ductile Iron Pipe(DI Pipes),ISI marked , Class K-9,200 mm (8") dia laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying DI water pipe lines of size 200 mm bore but of any type includings all fittings after removal of scalling , cleaning and flushing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for DI fittings/specials 100 mm to 300 mm dia suitable for spigot and socket end or flanged end such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type ( straight, bend, increasing, decreasing double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch."Y" junction, double branch, cross, collars, caps and plugs, connecting pieces (any type) and tesing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying GI tubing medium grade of size 80 mm bore with all fittings laid in trenches complete including cutting and threading all as required at site complete all as specified directed.

Supply & Fix GI tubing medium grade of size 50 mm bore with all fittings on wall complete including cutting and threading all as required at site complete all as specified directed.

Supply and Fix Sluice valves Class PN 1.6, 200 mm (8") dia, conforming to IS-13095, fixing of GI/CI/DI water supply mains complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Brass heavy grade stop Valve, screwed,50 mm (2”) dia pipe .

Supply and fix Brass heavy grade stop Valve, screwed 25 (1") mm dia pipe

Supply and fix Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed for size 15 mm (1/2”) dia pipe fancy type.

Refixing Stop/ Globe valve 50 mm (2”) dia.

Cutting/drilling the existing Cast Iron/Ductile Iron pipes lines of 200 mm dia, in position for inserting of new Tees, branches etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 43 herein before of size 150 mm (6") bore.

All as per item No 43 herein before of size 100 mm (4") bore.

Material and labour for construction of PCC block walling valve pit of size 1000mmx 1000mm x1000mm(internal dimension) with precast cement concrete block of PCC 1:3:6 type-C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on internal and exposed external surfaces with and incl 40x40x6 mm mild steel angle iron frame and 3mm thick MS sheet cover thickness Not less then 3mm with locking arrangement and 1 No 50 mm size 4 level lock with key in duplicate incl painting to steel and iron surfaces with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 46 herein before of size 600mmx 600mm x600mm(internal dimension) .

Cutting the existing road/hard standing/chequered cement concrete tiling/PCC flooring etc, not exceeding 700 mm wide and 1100 mm depth, for laying CI/GI/DI pipe line complete including taking online permission from BWSSB if civil road involves all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for Making good or where required for the road/hard standing/chequered cement concrete tiling/PCC floorinf etc, including necessary form work to exposed surfaces finished smooth and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair of Sluice valve chamber of any size after refixing of Sluice valve of any capacity as per site requirement complete, including painting of chamber cover and white washing with cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.
