SHEDULE-I : CIVIL WORKS

Dismantling the existing wall and floor tiles carefully and disposing from the site including cost of all labour,lead,lift,,T&P etc.complete

Acid wash to the existing wall and floor tiles in the toilet rooms and regaining to the original surface including cost of all materials,labour,lead,lift,,T&P etc.complete

Cleaning of the existing office floor area with suitable chemicals to remove the stains in the tiles area including cost of all materials, labour,lead,lift,,T&P etc.complete

Dismantling and removing the existing deteriorated GI sheet roofing carefully and stacking the same at the project site including cost of all labour, lead, lift etc.complete

Supplying, fixing and roofing with Galvalume colour coated profile sheet of 0.47mm thick (sky blue colour) with suitable gutters for rain water discharge including the cost of all materials, special screws for fixing the sheets with lap in structural members, lead, lift, labour for fixing, tools and plants, transporting, etc. complete.

Flooring with ceramic tiles of size 300mm X 300mm (Johnson/Kajaria/ Somany) for floor and wall surface laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 laying in position with proper gradient and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of mirror of approved quality and brand PVC/Fibre Glass framed with 600X450X5.5mm thick mirror, shelf type with hard board backing of approved colour fixed with screws, rawl plug, etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of best quality and approved make of white glazed Wash basin of size 550 x 400mm (Parryware, Johnson and Hindware only) without pedestal with a pair of cast iron brackets, including cost of 15mm dia brass CP pillar tap, PVC waste pipe , 15mm dia CP angle valve, 15mm dia nylone connection, 32mm dia CP brass waste coupling including fixing of wash basin using CI brackets on to the wall in position with TW plugs and screws, rubber washers, white lead and giving necessary water supply connection etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position White Glazed European Water Closet of best quality of Parry ware make 100mm 'P' or 'S'' trap with Double flapped rigid P.V.C. seat cover with C.P. brass hinges with 10 litre PVC low level Flushing Tank with all internal fittings etc., complete complying with standard specifications, labour inclusive of fixing low level flushing tank. (The EWC shall be approved by the Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing in position of lipped mouth Flat Back Urinal of parry ware make with G.I. Pipe connection to suitable length,32mm bell mouthed P.V.C connection, 15mm dia G.M.Wheel valve, fixing the urinal to the wall in position with necessary T.W. plugs, clamps, screws, shellac etc., including dismantling masonry if necessary and redoing the same to original condition, fixing the 15mm dia. G.I. pipe connection and wheel valve, painting the pipe with two coats of approved paint over one coat of primer and checked without any leakage etc complete, complying with standard specifications.

Providing two coats of colour washing for the internal wall surface with interior plastic emulsion paint of approved colour and quality over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing solid PVC door shutters using 19 gauge solid PVC outer frames, lock and bottom rails. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for paneling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The overall size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm X 30mm. The overall size of frames shall be 50mm X 45mm. The rate includes cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of 4mm thick plain glass panels to the existing windows after cleaning the old surface including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Providing two coats of enamel paiint over the steel surface after thoroughly cleaning the old surface ncluding cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Collection and disposal of burnt debris from the renovation of office building away from the site to lead of 2kms by using tractor & Tipper.

Removal of existing modular partition from the position and stacking the same including cost of all labou, lead, lift, T&P etc. complete

Removal of existing damaged false ceiling arrangement from the roof and stacking the same including cost of all labou, lead, lift, T&P etc. complete

Fabricating supplying and fixing in position of Aluminium anodised natural colour matt finish fully prelaminated board of Aluminium partition of size 3.50 x 2.88m. The outer frames Outer frame: 63.50x38x3mm@ 1.72 kg/m, centre mullions: 63.50x38x3mm@ 1.55 kg/m,Alu Clips: 17.27x17.15x1.50mm @ 0.175kg/mg/m for intermediate vertical mullion 90cm c/c. Horizantal mullion at 1.00m 2.10m covered with 5.5mm thick plain glass with necessary aluminium clips of size 17.27x17.15x1.50mm @ 0.176kg/m and with required rubber beading etc., including necessary dismantling holes in RCC column, masonary wherever in necessary with power drills to the extent required and made good the damaged portion in good condition after fixing etc.. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. All the aluminium sections should be anodised not less than 15 microns as per ISI specification 1868/1962

Fabricating Supplying and fixing in position of Aluminium anodised Powder Coated of single leaf door with half panelled with 12mm thick both side laminated particle board at bottom and half glazed using 5.50mm thick Plain glass at top.The outer frame shall be with aluminium box section 101.60x44.45x3.18m at 2.319kg/m and Shutter frame made of section Vertical & Top rail: 50x 44.45 [email protected] kg/m and Bottom rail: 100x44.45x2.50mm@ 1.974 kg/m, Lock rail : 50x44.45x2.5mm @ 1.292 kg/m, Alu. Clips: 17.15x17.27x1.50mm @ 0.176 kg/m, Alu. Handle: 100x30mm @ 0.988 kg/m and necessary accessories such as aluminium clips, rubber beading, PVC felt, handle for a length of shutter (both sides), locking arrangements, furniture fittings such as aluminium tower bolts-250x12mm - Eachs., aluminium tower bolt 200x12mm - 1No., aluminium Hydraulic door closer - 1No ., lock-1No., Door stopper with rubber bush including cost of materials labour charges and power consumption charges required for fabrication including chipping, dismantling and making hole to the required extent in RCC column,beams, masonry with power drill wherever necessary and redoing the damaged portion to the original condition after fixing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.. All the Alu. Section are to be anodised with matt finish under electricaly controlled conditions in accordance with IS 1868/1962 for an average anatic film thickness of 15 microns etc., complete.

Strengthening of existing steel truss / False ceiling supports by using MS angles, pipes etc.,including cost of all materials,labour,lead,lift etc

Supplying and fixing in position of FALSE CEILING with Galvanised aluminium ' T' Section and 'L' angle of size 1" x 1'' forming frame work of grid size 0.60 x 0.60m and supporting the same @ suitable intervals with adjustable type 6mm dia suspended MS rod with suitable threaded nuts hung from ceiling of height 2m at 120cm c/c in both directions and fixing 0.60m x 0.60m Gypsum Board with nail support in the grid with necessary openings and arrangements for fixing electrical fittings with suitable frame work etc., complete including painting with two coats of emulsion with priming coat

Supply of ABC - 6Kg Capacity Rating 3A- 34 B Dry Chemical Power (Store Pressure Type) Mono Amonium Phosphate 40% power confirming to IS 4308 Nitrogen Pressurized, Controllable Discharge Mechanism Pressure Guage, Discharge Hose & Nozzle, Epoxy Polyster powder Coated as per IS 15383 ISI Mark.

SHEDULE-II : ELECTRICAL WORKS

Wiring with 2x1.5 sq.mm.PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box with hylem sheet (3mm thick) and 5A FT switch with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light point / fan point (for electronic regulator) (5 points per coil)

Wiring with 2x4 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC un sheathed FRLS copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories for 20A 3 pin Metal Glad Plug & Socket in Sheet Enclosure with 20A SP MCB with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 4 sq.mm copper wire for open PVC AC power plug point.

Supply and run of 2 of 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade in existing PVC concealed pipe with continuous earth wire connection of 1.5 sq.mm copper wire for computer supply.

Supply & Installation of 1.5 TR split type air conditioner unit (5 star rated) with copper coil with 4 KVA capacity automatic voltage stabilizer with time delay relay. (reputed/approved make)

Supply and fixing of single box type 4' 25 W Crystal Glass LED Tube Light complete on wall or ceiling with PVC unsheathed FRLS copper leads from terminals to the fitting.

Supply and fixing of 1200 mm (48") sweep AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300 W regulator with 1 metre down rod with fan clamp with side plates and cross arm of size 450 mm (18").

Supply and fixing of 300 mm (12") sweep (light duty) AC exhaust fan complete without provision of hole in the wall.

Supply and fixing of AC / DC 76 mm buzzer / call bell suitable for 230 volts 50 c/s single phase AC supply on suitable TW board with push switch.

Supply and fixing of 3 Nos. 5A (3pin & 2pin) combined flush type wall socket with control switches in suitable TW box covered with hylem sheet (3mm thick) in wall/partition board with earth connection (for computer plug socket)

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter board suitable for 3 phase 100A service connection made up of suitable angle iron frame work of size 2 feet x 1-1/2 feet using angle iron of size 1-1/2" x1-1/2" x1/4" rigidly fixed on wall covered with hylem sheet of size 2 feet x 1-1/2 feet of 12mm thickness with necessary bolts and nuts supports and supply and fixing of 3 Nos. 100A fuse units (500V), 1 No. neutral link, copper earth flat of size 1" x 1/4" with inter connection of EB meter to fuse units by 16 Sq.mm PVC insulated copper wire with 1 No 100Amp 100MA Four Pole RCD / RCCB (Higher End) with suitable necessary connection with earth connection complete.

Supply and fixing of 8 way Horizontal Triple pole and neutral MCB sheet steel enclosure distribution board with double door (metal) with 1 no. 63A 4P MCB switch as incoming and 24 nos. 6A to 32A SP MCB as outgoing on wall with earth connection only. Higher End

Supply and fixing of 200 A Three phase 500V 4 Pole Change over Switch on suitable angle iron frame work with MS cable entry boxes with Earth connection only.

Supply and run of 1 of No.8 SWG GI wire for earth connection.

Earthing as per the ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.10 metre Class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 40mm with copper earth plate of size 125mm x 50mm x 6mm with necessary funneling arrangements with necessary masonry work and with 38mm RCC cover slab for the brick masonry.
