Hiring of DG set 62 KVA with consideration of 1 DG set standby with fuel and operator etc. for lightning purpose only
Supply of 50% Neoprene Rubber Ring (Hard) 22 mm dia required to make the joint as leak proof.
Supply of Gland Packing Greased & Graphite (non-metallic) style no. 101 of 25 mm dia to make the joint as leak proof.
Supply of SS Studs, Nuts, Washers (20 mm x 400 mm long) 4 Nos. Nuts + 4 Nos. washers + 1 No. Stud (16 sets x 3 Joints).
Safety precaution for safe working of men & machinery at site, as the work is to be carried out at the height (approx. 20 ft.) i/c scaffolding work for making suitable platform for smooth working, for cutting the old rusted studs and attending the leakage by tightening the studs form expansion joints and arrangements like Face Mask, Helmet, Gum Boots, Hand Gloves, Portable Ladder, First Aid Box etc. arranged by firm at site of work for safe working.
Dismantling, Grinding & fixing charges of gland plate & removing old gland and fill the joints with new gland by using men and machinery i/c lighting arrangement at site.
Charges for cutting the existing studs and replacing the same with new studs to make it leak proof as per site requirement with the help of manpower and machinery i/c transport arrangement loading unloading at site.
Testing of expansion joints by running line on full capacity and trial run of complete system after completion of work.
