EARTH WORK excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and subsoils to full depth, as may be directed except in hard rock, requiring blasting including initial leads and lifts and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in 150mm layers well watered rammed and consolidated including depositing surplus earth with in the Godown or inside compound in places shown with initial leads and lifts, clearing, leveling site, shoring, strutting, baling of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with clean M.SAND in layers of 150mm thick, well watered, rammed and consolidated including watering etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Supplying and filling in foundation with Gravel in layers of not exceeding 150mm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated including watering etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Providing FORM WORK for centering the soffits of all reinforcement concrete work including strutting to the required (3 metre) height with mild-steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm laid with country wood joist of average of size 10cmx6.50cm at about 90cm centres with casurina props of 13cm dia at 75cm centre to centre with all nails coir,wedges complete and removing the form work after necessary curing period as directed by the corporations officers. The rates should inclusives of cutting , bending, welding , charges of M.S sheets, M.S. angles etc., Complete Column footing, Plinth beam , top tie beam etc.,

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS/RTS grills for reinforcement for all R.C.C. works including cost of steel, labour for straightening, bending, cranking, tying grills with 18 gauge galvanized binding wire and placing grills in position complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5(One cement, Five sand)using best quality IInd Class Chamber burnt Bricks of size 9”x4 3/8 x2 3/4’ for walls including cost of scaffolding curing , finishing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed. In foundation and basement

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 10mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm laid in cement mortar 1:2 (one of cement and two of sand)mixing with water proofing compound confirming to ISS at 2% weight of cement used and pointed with water proofing compound mixed with red oxide etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing M.S Grill to special windows and ventilators etc using 20mmx6mm angle including cost of MS grill, one of red oxide and fixing in position etc. complete complying with Standard Specification and as directed.

Supplying fabricating and fixing in position of Aluminium Anodised natural colour matt finish sliding window in two track in all floors with following sizes . All the three shutters with sliding arrangements the bottom section should have gutter arrangements so as to drain the water entering and made with extruded aluminium section for outer frames as shown below with necessary accessories such as rubber beeding. Necessary dismantling making necessary holes in RCC columns, Beams or masonry wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and made good to the original conditions after fixing as directed by the departmental officers . The Aluminium surfaces should be anodised with matt finish under electrically condition in accordance with IS specification 1.181868/1962 of Anodic thickness of not less than 15 microns (fifteen) for all sections . All the materials should be got approved by the Engineer incharge before fixing as directed.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing in position of SOLID PVC DOORS with frames of sizes as per the specifications given below: PVC door frames made out of best quality PVC extruded section of 40mm * 58 mm * 2.50 mm +/- 0.3 mm thick, having multi chamber cross section and duly reinforced with steel to be mitre cut at the corners and welded including providing tie rod at the bottom and necessary weather seal etc., and PVC door shutters made out of extruded plastic section of 60 mm * 24 mm size in the configuration of an “A” section for shutter frames and multi-chamber hollow plastic section of 200 mm 200 mm1 mm (average thickness) with tongue and groove section for panels etc., with necessary holdfasts, rubber beedings, furniture fittings, locking arrangements etc., complete including dismantling the masonry, making chippings, holes in the RCC column, beam etc., wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and redoing the same to the original condition after fixing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Paving the flooring with Colour designed Ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:3, 20mm thick in all floors used 0.20 kg / m2 including finishing the joints and pointing flush with even surfaces etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.. (The tiles should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on works).

Painting new iron works with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour over the red oxide primer in all floor including cost of scaffolding, brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Dadooing the walls with Colour glazed tiles of size 150mmx150mmx6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:2, 10mm and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 kg/sq.m neatly in all floors, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The tiles should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing in position Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two sand and Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to PVC pipes (including the cost of 110mm dia CI pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying, and fixing 25mm dia PVC pipes of approved quality and variety conforming to pressure IS 4985. The rate is inclusive of cost of pipe, all taxes, conveyance charges of materials and all other labour charges for fixing the PVC pipe as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The PVC pipe should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on work.

Supplying, and fixing 20mm dia PVC pipes of approved quality and variety conforming to pressure IS 4985. The rate is inclusive of cost of pipe, all taxes, conveyance charges of materials and all other labour charges for fixing the PVC pipe as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The PVC pipe should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on work.

Supplying, and fixing 32mm dia PVC pipes of approved quality and variety conforming to pressure IS 4985. The rate is inclusive of cost of pipe, all taxes, conveyance charges of materials and all other labour charges for fixing the PVC pipe as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The PVC pipe should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on work.
