Tender for Controlled Dismantling of Overhead Water Tank and Construction Water Pond at GDS Unit for NREP

Amount

Excavation in ordinary soil including clay, black cotton soil, soft & hard murrum, sand, gravel, soil containing small pebbles, rubble, boulders, removable without breaking/blasting, etc. which can be loosened manually or mechanically operating tackles such as pick shovels, front loader (as defined in IS:1200) etc. around all types of foundations/ footings, plinth beams, pile caps or any other substructure, including all tools, tackles, shoring, strutting, dewatering etc.The rate shall include backfilling the trench with availble excavated earth and disposal of surplus earth, if any, within the Refinery premises as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. -Up to and including a depth of 4.00 M below existing ground level (Mode of Measurement shall be as per actual excavtion quantity based on approved demolition plan).

Disposal of concrete rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable or waste materials generated during dismantling including stacking, loading, transporting, unloading etc. at designated area within Refinery premises as directed by owner and/or as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

DEMOLITION WORK:

Dismantling of existing structures or part at all levels including all tools, tackles, compressed air, labour, safety arrangemnt, scaffolding, consumables etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

CONTROLLED DEMOLITION WORK:

Controlled Cutting and demolishing large section of Under Ground heavy redundant RCC foundation, raft, wall of existing structures like water reservoir etc. up to a depth of 4.00 M below existing ground level and up to plinth level (300 mm above FFL) by mechanical means using Diamond Wire Saw Machine / Diamond Wall Saw Machine / Diamond Floor Saw Cutting machine or Combi-Cutter (Porclain mounted) with suitable accessories, field equipment, scaffolding, Safety appliances/PPE, tools & tackles, manpower, consumables etc. all complete as per the approved demolition plan (to be submitted by contractor) and seggregating serviceable & unserviceable/ferrous scrap materials separately, stacking at designated places near the site and deposit the serviceable/ferrous scrap materials at owners store as directed by owner and/or as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes all necessary arrangements such as dewatering, temporary barrication etc. which may be required for successful execution of the work.

Cutting and demolishing tall RCC structure and wall of existing overhead water resoirver from plinth level (300 mm above FFL) up to a height of 30 M above plinth level by mechanical means using Diamond Wire Saw Machine / Diamond Wall Saw Machine / Diamond Floor Saw Cutting machine / Rock breaker or Combi Cutter (Porclain mounted) with suitable accessories and 50 T Crane (minimum capacity) for lifting and safe lowering of dismantled pieces of RCC structure including scaffolding, fixing lifting hook, Safety appliances/PPE, temporary barrication, tools & tackles, manpower, consumables etc. all complete as per the approved demolition plan (to be submitted by contractor) and seggregating serviceable & unserviceable/ferrous scrap materials separately, stacking at designated places near the site and deposit the serviceable/ferrous scrap materials at owners store as directed by owner and/or as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The item covers all types of RCC dismantling work such as columns, beams , slabs, steel doors & windows, finishing layers, floors , staircases, precast slabs, cross overs, platforms /grating / chequered plate, rungs, insert plates, misc. pipe or electrical supports attached to the RCC walls / slabs / beams / columns, conduits, electrical wirings, fitting / fixtures, wood works etc., if any.

Crusing of large dismantled concrete blocks/structures to smaller pieces of size not more than 100 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm, including cutting of reinforcement bars etc. to make it suitable for safe disposal or backfilling in other areas by using Rock breaker (Poclain mounted) or Combi-Crusher or any other suitable method as per approval of Engineer-in-Charge.
