Construction of Apron. SH-Provision of Advance Visual Docking Guidance Systems (AVDGS) for parking bays at Jaipur International Airport (Recall).

Design, Manufacture and Supply of Advance Visual Docking Guidance System (AVDGS) for azimuth guidance and stop position information for incoming Aircraft for precision parking complying to latest ICAO requirement complete including Manual Switching Board & surveillance Camera, the system shall have ability to identify the incoming aircraft, complete in all respect as required and as specified.

Imported material cost (the rate offered shall be the FOB Cost including all Taxes and duties of country of origin).

Indian material cost of accessories and items for above equipment to be sourced from India in INR inclusive of all taxes & duties, Freight and Insurance etc. as applicable in India upto Jaipur Airport site.

Cost of freight and insurance for 1 no. AVDGS and accessories (1lot) etc. from port of country of origin to Indian port including all charges such as handling charges etc. as required.

Inland Transportation charges for the 01 no. AVDGS and accessories (1lot) within India from the port of landing to the Jaipur Airport including clearing charges, warehousing charges, loading, unloading, insurance etc. as required.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Advance Visual Docking Guidance System (AVDGS) as mentioned in Item No. 1 complete as required at site including supply of mounting poles suitable for AVDGS, mounting of operator panel (manual switching board) in IP65 enclosure, including foundation work, connectioning and inter-connection of power, communication & control cables etc. complete as required at site to make the system fully functional.

Supply & laying of PLB high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe having 40mm dia conforming to Indian Standard IS:4984 part II with latest amendment, complete with all associated accessories like couplers, bends, tee etc. in the Apron area for VDGS work by kerf cutting method of suitable width and upto 150 mm deep and refilling with cement concrete of ratio 1:2:4 & making good the same by concreting / bitumen finish as per the site requirement complete as required.

Supplying and laying of PLB high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe having 40mm dia confirming to Indian Standard IS: 4984 part II with latest amendment through trenchless technology direct in ground upto the depth of 3 meter including coupling / splicing of pipe complete as required and as specified.

Supply and laying of PLB high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe having 40mm dia confirming to Indian Standard IS: 4984 part II with latest amendment, complete with all associated accessories like couplers, bends, tee etc. on surface / cable tray/ existing hume pipe i/c clamping etc. as per site requirements complete as required.

Supply and laying of PLB high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe having 40mm dia confirming to Indian Standard IS: 4984 part II with latest amendment, complete with all associated accessories like couplers, bends, tee etc. in the soil upto 500 mm deep, back filling & making good the same as per site requirement complete as required.

Supply of single mode 6 core armoured Fibre optic cable complete as specified.

Laying of single mode 6 core armoured Fibre optic cable in the existing RCC/hume/ stoneware/metal pipe/HDPE pipe/covered duct etc. complete as required.

Supply and laying of 3 core x 2.5 sqmm. Copper armoured cable for power supply to VDGS in existing pipes / ducts etc. complete as required.

Supply and laying of 8 pair x 0.5 sqmm. or as recommended by OEM copper flexible comunication cable for AVDGS and Operator Panel (manual switching board) on surface or in existing pipes / ducts etc. complete as required.

Supplying and making end termination with copper thimble for the size of 3 core x 2.5 sqmm. copper flexible armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supply and fixing of industrial grade switch (L2 managed) for fixing of optical fibre cable

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying of 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/termination with GI thimble etc as required.

SITC of 2KVA online UPS with 30 minute backup i/c interlinks, battery rack suitable for nominal input supply of 230V, 50 Hz and capable for producing 230V, 50Hz, AC output supply i/c suitable size MS powder quoted enclosure in existing pole etc. complete as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Annual operation of 23 Nos. of Advanced Visual Docking Guidance Systems (AVDGS) and all associated equipments and accessories for satisfactory operation of the system by providing 02 nos. skilled man power in General Shift, required tools etc. and attending to complaints/ faults/ breakdowns and taking recification action, ensuring serviceablility / satisfactory working condition of the system, maintenance of records / documentation etc. as per the detailed specifications, terms and conditions on all days including Sundays and holidays complete as required at site.

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract for Advanced Visual Docking Guidance Systems (AVDGS) and all associated equipments for satisfactory maintenance of the system by providing required spares and accessories, tools etc. and attending to complaints/ faults/ breakdowns and taking recification action, ensuring serviceablility / satisfactory working condition of the system, maintenance of records / documentation etc. as per the detailed specifications, terms and conditions on all days including Sundays and holidays complete as required. (minimum one visit per month for preventive maintenance plus any number of breakdown visit)
