Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc 1.50 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowaket & shutter exceeding 1.5 Sqm and n exc 4 Sqm removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm but n exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Pressed steel frames factory made for doors out of 1.25mm thick PBI sheet with one of more rebates including necessary flat iron lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, hinges etc complete, size of frame 125x60mm complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Pressed steel frames factory made for doors out of 1.25mm thick PBI sheet with one of more rebates including necessary flat iron lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, hinges etc complete, size of frame 105x60mm complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 40mm thick 2nd class HW rail and style plain framed, factory made paneled shutter (one panel) without interlocking rail and 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces the size of rail and style as per IS -1003 (Pt-I)kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skelton shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass ,gauge etc ( without sash bar) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, section 8 clause 8.20(a), supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 18/19mm thick solid PVC board prelaminated one side and other side plain as in cupboard shutter ( Board must be water proofing ,termite proof) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Solid PVC Door Frames of size 50mm X47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for styles and plain PVC sheets for top rail lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail panelling of plain colour PVC sheetto be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the styles and rails with suitablePVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, suppling and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawings.
