Outdoor Unit: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Modular type 100% All Inverter Variable Refrigerant Flow Outdoor units comprising of Hermetically sealed INVERTER Variable Speed Scroll compressors. The unit shall comprise of high efficiency, low noise condenser fan with guard and motor, heat exchanger and coated fins for increased durability. The casing shall be powder coated and the unit shall be provided with liquid line strainer, catch all drier, thermostats etc. suitable for interconnecting with any type of indoor units with cordless remote controller. The ODU & IDU shall be integrated with special super wiring system with the central monitoring control. The unit shall be factory wired and tested before despatch. The operating refrigerant shall be R410A only.The unit shall be BMS compatible with MODBUS protocol. Outdoor should give 100% Capacity at 43 Deg C Ambient Temperature. The COP of the Outdoor units should be more than 3.6 at design conditions complete all as specified and as directed (a) 24 HP (Ground Floor) . Make:- Bluestar or equivalent make approved by GE

Indoor Units: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of VRF based 4 Way Cassette unit with minimum tonnage capacity mentioned below. The unit should be complete with Fan section with Fan/Cooling Coil suitable for R410A With electronic expansion valve, return air filter, insulated drain tray and necessary controls complete all as specified and as directed (with Cordless Remote) (a) 1.5 TR / 490 CFM

(b)All as per item No. 1 but for 2.0 TR / 695 CFM complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of VRF based wall mounted split unit with minimum 3 tonnage capacity and necessary controls complete all as specified and as directed (with Cordless Remote) Make:- Bluestar or equivalent make approved by GE Note: The cost of drilling/cutting of stone/brick wall and false ceiling of any kind and making good as per existing while installation of indoor/outdoor units and connected copper and drain water pipes is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Remote Control Supply of Cordless Remote Controller for all IDUs including adaptors, power/ control cabling, accesssories etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply of Central Remote controller for all IDUs including adaptors, power/control cabling, accessories etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of special refrigerant 'Y' joints/Refnets for VRV /VRF system as per standard specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of All refrigerant piping between indoor & outdoor units using eddy current free Copper pipes and fittings like elbows, couplers, tee joints, brass fittings, "U" loops, expansion loops etc. Supports consisting of GI box / "C" sections & female anchor fasteners with full threaded GI rods at a regular interval of 1 metre each, insulation of suction / liquid pipes using 19 mm thick elastomeric closed cell Nitrile Rubber insulation material and covered with Al. foil (Exposed copper Piping Should be Al. Foil & not exposed copper piping without Al.foil) & having class "O" for fire properties, structural clamps with hard PVC pipe sleeves under the clamps to protect insulation at supports, .Making up of any leakages occuring during testing / commissioning. GI BOX type cable tray 150 mm wide for supporting refrigerant piping in shafts / terrace, complete with supports. (Min 1.2mm Thickness) C- type Cover for cable tray, made out of 16 G GI sheet, to protect refrigerant pipe insulation on terrace. All piping shall be pressure tested for 1.5 times the working pressure complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- MANDEV/RAJCO/MEHTA/MAXFLOW or equivalent make approved by GE

Supply and topup of Refrigerant R410 complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and laying with commissioning and testing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with Copper conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 6sqmm x 4 core laid in ducts, passing through pipes, fixed on walls complete including connecting properly by means of clamps, thimbles complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix and testing and commissioning of communication cable of size 2.5 Sqmm 3 core, non polarity cable with end termination between indoor to outdoor units, communication cabling between the individual controllers to the main central controller with suitable size PVC Conduits incl accessories etc, and taking out old u/s damaged cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for fixing of drain pipe for indoor units of VRF with UPVC pipe of size of 25mm to 40mm dia alonwith connected fittings and accessories etc, including 6mm armaflex class "0" insulation complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix perforated cable tray with Cover of size 300mm x 50mm and 2.0mm thick painted powder coated pre galvanised hot dipped complete all as specified directed .

S & F Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete suitable for one double pole MCB 20A all as specified and directed .

M&L for concealed sub-main wiring with 2 runs of 4.0sqmm copper conductor cable (FRLS grade), 1100 volts grade PVC insulated and unsheathed multi-stranded, drawn in and including heavy grade PVC casing & caping not less than 25mm dia (internal width) with all accessories like tees, elbows, junction boxs, reducer etc as required, including one run of 4.0sqmm dia PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth dolly/mains, with all accessories like PVC elbow, PVC tee, etc including taking up/down old unservucable sub main wiring and making good the distrubed surfaces/location complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Colour coding shall be followed as (i) Phase- Red (ii) Neutral - Black (iii) Earth - green (b) 3 runs of cable and one run of PVC casing caping shall be measured as one unit

S&F sheet metal enclosure TPN DB VTPN 6 Way,415V with 250A copper busbar, double door type IP-54 protection suitable for housing MCCB 125Amp 4 pole incl required numbers of suitable size of gland complete etc all as specified and directed . Note : DBs shall be concealed in wall where ever posible including making good the surface to match with surrounding.

Supply and fix of MCB 6-32A, 16kA complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix of MCCB 4P 80 Amp, 25kA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor of 2TR capacity complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 3 star rating and EER 3.2.of capacity as shown. Note :(a) Rate of supporting brackets for outdoor unit is deemed to be included in rate quoted.

S & F and clamping jointing copper tubing for suction line and for liquid discharge incl duly insulated with suitable insulation material including making hole in wall for passing through amd making to the disturb surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 20mm dia with complete of all tees, bends,elbows, reducers, mouth tube ends fixing accessories such as GI saddles, full threded screws and (Narayan) nylon rawl plugs etc surfaced on walls/roofs all as specified and as directed

M&L for false ceiling made out of 600X600X4 to 6 mm thick ceiling board/tiles deep panel suspenso system made out of powder coated GI sheet main Tee of size 23.50 X40X0.63 mm and cross Tee of size 23.50x23.50x0.63mm and angle sheet 19X19X0.63mm including 3mm GI wire for suspending holts necessary washers nut/cleats/pin hook etc for securing frame work to ceiling to the snap grid including provision of necessary holes/cutting for providing light/far as required including making necessary recesses/projected pattern complete all as specified and as directed.
