Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out in loose/soft soil for removing/laying of pipe line, complete, all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in incl spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus excavating material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Taking up unserviceable GI water main (including all fittings) complete all as directed and specified for the following bore of pipes:-

(a) 20 mm bore

(b) 25 mm bore

(c) 40 mm bore

(d) 50 mm bore

(e) 80 mm bore

(f) 100 mm bore

Supply & Laying Galvanized iron tubing, medium grade with all fittings and laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes:-

(a) 20 mm bore

(b) 25 mm bore

(c) 40 mm bore

(d) 50 mm bore

(e) 80 mm bore

(f) 100 mm bore

Relaying galvanized iron tubing with all fittings after cleaning internal surface of serviceable pipes by using of wire brushed and cleaning throughly with fresh water and taking out mud/soft deposited inside the pipes in any length laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes: Note: Old GI pipe retrieved under item No. 4.00 above shall be used for relaying.

Taking up CI water mains (including all fittings)with spogot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and removing leads, complete, all as directed and specified for the following bore of pipes:-

Supply and fix centrifugally cast spun Ductile iron pressure pipe with socket and spigot end, class K-9 confirming to IS ;8329/2000 suitable for (push on) rubber gasket joint including fittings such as Tee, elbow, bend, socket and spigot, reducer, end cap including all jointing components complete fixed on wall/in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Make : Electrosteel or TATA/Rashmi/ Equivalent Note : DI fittings such tee, elbow, bend, flanged end, reducer and end cap are to be class K-12 and measured separately under relevant items.

Supply and fix centrifugally cast iron pressure pipe with socket and spigot end suitable for (push on) rubber gasket joint including fittings such as Tee, elbow, bend, socket and spigot, reducer, end cap including all jointing components complete fixed on wall/in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Labour only for attending major water supply breakdown complaints including pipe line breakdown,Sluice valve/Gate valve, Necessary road cutting, excavation & also removing of unwanted vegetation grown in service tank complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ductile iron welded with flanged end of 0.5 mtr long class K-9 confirming to IS-8329/2000 suitable for rubber/leather gasket joint of 150 mm bore incl rubber/leather gasket and nuts and bolts and washers of suitable size and laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. M&L for angle iron/flat bar/mild steel confirming to Fe 410-W of required size with locking arrangement (as reqd)/ladder/cleats and similar work including fabrication work such as cutting, welding or screwing including nuts, bolts washers and painting with two coat of black paint over a coat of red oxide primer on surface including taking down old u/s of any type and any size complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge

M&L for collection of water sample from Pump House or any other indicated location, submission the water sample to any Govt Laboratories (National Test House or equivalent labs) for the following test complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge (a) Organoleptic and physical parameters (b) General parameters concerning substances undersibale in excessive amounts (c) Parameters concerning toxic subsatances (d) Pesticide residues limit (e) Bacteriological quality of drinkable water (as per IS 10500 : 2012 and ICMR guideline)

Supply and fix chlorine tables contained in plastic cylindrical sealed disposable sanitiser refill (dia 2.5 inches + 0.5% inches height 10 inches + 0.5% inches) for disinfection of drinking water with arrangement for controlled release of disinfactant in water operataing through dosing system complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for lifting and lowering the electrical driven submersible pump set of capacity 20/15/12.5 HP after disconnecting complete electrical connections, disconnecting of column pipes of 3 mtr length each, NRV etc from and to borewell complete all as specifed and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for servicing/rewinding of pump set of capacity 15/20 HP complete including transporation of pump and motor from existing location to workshop and vice versa with the following connected work required in pump set :- (a) Super enamaled copper wire for submersible motor complete (b) Sand Guard (c) Fibre case lock (d) Gun Metal bushing (e) Pump Shaft

(f) Difuser (g) Suction strainer (h) Cast iron impeller (j) Thurst carbon plate k) Rotor shaft welding, turning, polishing complete by lathe work Note : Any other addl work reqd to reffered to above should be carried out contractor without any financial effect.

Taking down old filter media including PVC strainer from mild steel shell of iron removal plant of any capacity and removal of the same from site of work including scrapping, descaling and cleaning of iron removal plant internally and externally complete all as directed.

Material and labour repair to inner mild steel plate filter shell by welding complete all as directed.

Material and labour painting with two coats of black bituminous paint suitable for drinking water purpose of internal surface of the shell of iron removal plants/pressed steel tanks/RCC reservoir etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour painting with two coats of synthetic enamal paint (Colour as per reqmt of site) over a coat of red oxide metal primer after preparation of external surface of the shell of IRP's by scrapping of existing paint all as directed.

Material and labour painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat after preparation of external surface of ladders/raising mains, delivery mains, wash out and overflow pipe line of OH reservoir/IRP's by scrapping of existing paint all as directed including arrow mark showing water flowing direction complete all as spd and as directed.

Material and labour for providing the following filter media materials and to be placed in position as mentioned below including testing complete all as specified and as directed. (a) 40 Cms deep topmost layer with filter sand of size 16/28 mesh. (b) 15 Cms deep third layer with graded gravel of size 1/18" to 1/4". (c) 18 Cms deep fourth layer with graded gravel of size 1/4" to 1/2" (d) 30 Cms deep fifth layer with graded gravel of size 1/2" to 1".

Material and labour for providing 18 cm deep for 2nd layer in filter media materials as filter media ferrominix (MnO2) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PVC double nut strainer as approved complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge..

Supply and fix water pressure gauge 100mm dia made out with stain less steel 304, glycerine filled, 3/8" BSP male tread bottom with 1/2" BSP male reducer connection with pressure 0-14 Kg/sqcm or 0-200 PSI complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing FRP Non-metallic solution tank of 100 Ltrs Capacity, provn for mounting of Motor, on lid / Wall level Guage Complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:-MES APPROVED MAKE

Dismantling Altoc dosing motor 0.5 HP and taking Out complete burnt Winding from the Slots, Cleaning the Slots and Re-winding Electric Motor with PVC Insulated Super Enamel Copper Wire of suitable guage / size and quantity including applying insulating varnish, Drying,two coat painting etc including replacement of unserviceable spares like bearing etc and testing insulating strength as per dirtected by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Contractor will be resposible for free of cost repairng if burnt under 6 month warrenty period
