WEATHERING COURSE CONCRETE using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slacked lime (no M.sand to be added) over the RCC roof slabs in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid in a single layer and consolidated to the required design and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water etc.,Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23cm x 23cm x 2cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar mixed with red oxide to the full depth of tiles etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of red oxide and water proofing compound)

BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five M.sand) using best quality II class chamber burnt bricks of size 23x11x7cm (9" x 43/8" x 23/4") including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining required elevation shall be done without extra cost.) - For First Floor

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement five P.sand) 20 mm., thick for walls in all floors including necessary scaffolding, curing, neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Painting the wall surface using best quality of PLASTIC Emulsion paint TWO COAT with ONE COAT OF PRIMER as per the Specification of the approved colour to give an even shade, including cost of brushes and all other materials required and scaffolding charges etc.,. Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers ( The paint to be used should be got approved by the Departmental officer before us on work.)

Providing Two Legged scaffolding using 15cm diameter casuarina posts (or) best quality of bamboo posts of 4m overall length (3.00m + 0.5 m projection + 0.50m up to ground ) the distance between the two rows being 1.25m and the spacing of posts being 2m in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.50m overlap on either side and braces at 2m c/c including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to setup and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc., in a complete form using coirs and nails etc.,Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Scaffolding charges for a height of second 2.50 m above 3m

Supplying laying and jointing various diameter of PVC PIPES of approved quality (Like Finolex or equivalent) and best variety conforming to I.S.S. and with I.S.I. mark including cutting, threading and fixing PVC specials but excluding cost of such specials and fixing to wall by concealing them including chipping and making holes on the walls or drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portions to original condition including cost of special clamp with screws nails teak wood plugs and any other accssories necessary for fixing in position etc., Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

4" Dia PVC Pipe (4Kg/cm2) for rainwater disposal

Supplying of PVC specials of various diameter of best and approved brand and ISI make etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
