SPL REPAIR TO BUILDING NO T-271 AND T-597 AT ZAKHAMA MILITARY STATION

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class `B` bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for half brick thick brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar (1:4) including 2 Nos of 6mm dia bars at every fourth course of brick work complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, Type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in sub base of flooring, surface finished even and rough complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for joint free non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) of premium quality, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by AGE(I).

Material & Labour for joint free non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) of premium quality, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by AGE(I).

Material & Labour for joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick of premium quality as in skirting/dado, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed with white/coloured to match over and including rendering of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by AGE(I).

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) laid in bays as in subbase of floor finished the surface even and rough complete all as specified and directed.
