Dismantling of old brine tank of size 8.30m x 6.20m x 1.60m alongwith Cooling Coil, Agitater, Accumlater including removing top iron mesh of tank safely & refixing after constrution of new tank i/c cutting, welding etc. and dismantling side walls along with M S side plates and bottom cement concrete and removing old insulation meterial and clear the surface for construction of new brine tank all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of 6mm thick M.S. Plate and angle for support along with wooden rips wherever required for construction fo brine tank of size 8.30m x 6.20m x 1.60m all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of Insulation material Thermocol & Bitumin for insulation of brine tank of size 8.30m x 6.20m x 1.60m for five sides complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of cement concrete work minimum 75mm thickness at the base of brine tank size 8.30m x 6.20m x 1.60m after fixingof thermocol sheet at the bottom surface of the tank all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing of Insulation material (Thermocol sheet) at five sides of brine tank of size 8.30m x 6.20m x 1.60m along with M.S. sheet including cutting & welding with all consumables required all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of 'V' type cooling coil made of 1-1/4" & 4" 'C' Class Pipe of approved brand "Tata" or equivalent of 1000 Rft all complete alongwith fixing of old agitater and accumlater as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade in two coast after applying ready mixed red oxide zinc chromatic on steel/iron works having VOC content less than 250 grams/litre on Cooling Coil and all the MS surfaces of Brine Tank and MS supporting memberes all complete per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of Ice Can Box made of 16 gauge G.I. Sheet each of 150 kg capacitgy. (Size 11" x 22" x 48") inclding One coat of approved steel primer and two coat of black anticorrosive bitumastic paint.
