REPAIR MAINT AND PAINTING/ POLISHING OF CERTAIN ITEMS OF STEEL AND WOODEN FURNITURE UNDER GE DRONACHAL

REPAIR TO ALMIRAH LARGE (STEEL) 7 ALMIRAH MED (STEEL) (FD-1032 & E6/MAP/18)

(a) M&L for removing of existing unserviceable lock of any description in any position,S&F new lock (steel) 6 levers (Make: Godrej/Voltas) with duplicate key including fixing with suitable machine screws complete all as specified and directed. For almirah med steel.

(b) All as per item No 1(a) above but for almirah large steel 7 almirah 1/2H X 1/2SH

(c) All as per item No 1(a)above but remove of u/s handle, S&F new chromium plated handle 100 mm long including fixing with suitable nut/ pins for Almirah Large & Almirah medium.

(d) All as per 1(a) but removal of u/s shackles, S&F new steel shackles including fixing with suitable screws.

(e) All as per 1(a) above but removal of u/s 3 way locking device, S&F new 3 way locking device (size of rod is 100 mm dia 0 including stell shackles and fixing with suitable screws/rivets for Almirah large complete all as specified and directed.

(f) All as per 1(e) above but for Almirah medium.

(g) All as per 1(a) above but removal of u/s legs, S&F new legs made of PGI sheet of 1 mm thick, fixing with suitable size rivets and gas welding as required all as specified and shown on drg and as directed for Almirah large and Almirah medium.

(h) M&L for gas welding at damaged portions/joints all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-chrge (each joint is to be measured separately)

(j) M&L for removal of dents, fillng with putty, preparation of old painted surfaces and applying one coat of spray painting of approved shade (synthetic enamel paint) complete for internal/external surfaces all as directed by Engineer-in- charge for Almirah large.

(k) All as per 1 (j) above but for Almirah Medium.

REPAIR TO TEAPOY VERANDHA(FD/E6/MAP/17)

(a) M&L for removing/taking out CAREFULLY OF OLD EXISTING BROKEN TOP OF TEAPOY IN ANY POSITION AND S&F new top made of 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board one side laminated & other side white balancing, exterior grade, including 4 mm thick teak wood beating all round, fixed in position all as shown on drg, complete all as specified and directed.

(b) S & F new rubber ring/shoe of superior quality with suitable screws, complete all as specified and directed.

(c) M & L for preparation of the old painted surfaces of teapoy and applying one coat of painting with black synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide coat of polishing for beating of top, complete all as specified and directed.

REPAIR TO Charpoy GI FOLDING /PIPE (FD/MAP-II/01/FD-220(R))

(a) M&L for continuous welding of charpoy GI folding long rail welded with head board and foot board four spot in each chapoy folding) complete all as specified and directed

(b) M & L for removing of unserviceable plywood of charpoy GI folding replaced by 12 mm thick plywood commercial (ISI marked) IS 303 size as shown on drg, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of the old painted surface of charpoy GI folding and applying one coat of red oxide primer on welded surface, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Painting shall be carried on welded surface to match the existing colour/surface.

REPAIR OT BED HARD STEEL FD /E6/MAP//08 (R)

(a) M&L for welding of Bed Hard long rail welded with head board & foot board ( four spot in each hard bed) complete all as specified and directed

(b) M&L for removing of unserviceable plywood of bed hard steel replaced by 12 mm thick plywood commercial (ISI marked) IS 303 size as shown on drg, complete all as specified and directed.

(c) M&L for preparation of the old painted surface of bed hard and applying one coat of painting with synthetic enamel paint over on coat of red oxide primer on welded surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to chair visitor with arm/chair computer with arm/chair revolving low back, by taking out the following work out components with out damaging the existing components and replacing the same with new components all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(a) Removing of unserviceable cushion with tapestry cloth of seat and back frame and replacing same with new cushion with tapestry cloth as approved.

(b) Removing unserviceable/damage custer wheel at chair revolving supply and fixing new custor wheel as per sample approved.

(c) Removing unserviceable hand rest and supply and fixing new hand rest maintaining the old hand rest.

(d) S &F new revoving cistern all as specified and directed

(e) S & F new base complate all as specified and directed

Repair to chair revolving high/long back including taking out the following components all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

(a) Removing of unserviceable cushion with tapestry cloth/rexine at seat and base frame and replacing the same with new cushion with tapestry cloth/rexine as approved by GE.

(b) Removing of unserviceable /damage custer wheel and fixing new custer wheel as per sample approved by GE

(c) Remove unserviceable hand rest and supply and fixing new hand rest maintaining the old hand rest

(d) S&F new revolving cistern complete all as specified and directed

(e) S&F new base complete all as specified and directed

REPAIRS TO CHAIR WRITING FD-256

(a) M&L for preparation of broken joints and continuous welding of chair all as specified and directed ( each joint to be measured separately)

(b) M & L for the preparation of old painted surfaces of chair and applying one coat of painting with white synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

(c) S&F new hard PVC rubber shoe/ring of superior quality with suitable screws for fixing complete as shown on drg and as directed

(d) M&L for removal of existing unserviceable cane and recanning of chiar with new 4 mm wie plastic cane of best qualtiy and in matt pattern complete all as specified and dierected

REPAIR TO CHAIR CB STEEL WITH /WITHOUT ARMS FD-75(M)

(a) M&L for removal of old unserviceable plastic cane and recanning of chair with new 2 mm wide plastic cane of best quality in matt pattern complete all as specified and directed .

(b) M & L for removing/taking out of old existing unserviceable arm rest handle of chir in any position and S& F new arm rest handle of 1st class hard wood (teak wood) with 02 Nos of suitable steel screw all as shown on drg complete all as specified and directed

(c) M & L for preparation of broken joints and welding of chair all as specified and directed (each joint to be measured separately)

(d) M&L for the preparation of old painted surface of chair and applying one coat of painting with olive green synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed
