Supply , installation, commissioning and testing of Factory assembled Silent DG set with AMF panel of capacity Min 125 KVA , 100 KW , 1500 RPM , Turbocharged, collant cooled comprising of 154 BHP Engine with microprocessor based Genset controller with silencer and canopy for soundles mode (sound level not exe level specified by contol pollution board) and alternator both mounted on a common base frame conforming to CPCB - IV+, ISO-3046 and BS-5514 rated for 415 volts 50 cycles , 0.8 Power factor (PF) complete with residential silencer, AVM pads, battery with its leads, first fill of lub oil and all engine accessories such as self starter, alternator/dynomo with suitable coupling and base frame on foundation as recommended by the manufacture and consisting of other electrical component and maintenance free battey including suitable size of coppeer cable lead with teminal, all mounting accssory and AVM pads all as specified comprising with the following. (A) Engine: (i) Vertical Inline multicylinder, cold starting in accordance with CPCB - IV+, ISO-3046 and BS-5514 at 1500 RPM including the following accessories :- (a) Fuel tank(Suitable for capacity for minimum 8 Hrs run). (b) Fuel filter(Ore & Micro) or as per OEM.(c) Fuel feed pump(Inline monoblock/PT type) with governor.(d) Lub oil filter.(e) Lub oil cooler.(f) Dry type/ol bah type air cleaner. (g) Exhaust Silencer (Industrial type) or as per CPCB norms.(h)Radiator, Radiator fan & mounting.(j)Fly wheel with starting ring.(k) Expansion bellow.(l) Exhaust gas turbocharger. (m) 12 Volt electric starter with 01 Nos maintenance free battery 90 AH capacity. (n) Battery charging alternator.(o) Engine control panel consisting with ON/OFF Start Key,Lub oil pressure guage, Battery charging ammeter,Coolant temp gauge, RPM Meter etc. (p) Suitable flexible coupling. (q) Front & Rear engine mounting supports (AVM pads). (q) Base from made out of ISMC to sturdy desing made of MS Channel with necessary reinforcement as per OEM. (r) The DG Set shall complied to the emisson limits requirement as per Govt of India. The DG Set shall be complied with all test requirement as stipulated in the gazette notification. ALTERNATOR (i) Alternator, 3 phase 4 wire, 415 Volts, 50 Hzs 0.8 PF 1500 RPM self excited, self regulated screen profected, drip proof alternator of capacity Min 125 KVA Voltage regulation +/-1% at rated voltage confirming to BSS 5000 (part 99) IS 13364 Part-I (1992) with insulation class "H", single bearing and automatic voltage regulator accessories C. ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE (i) Specially design to meet stringent MOEF/CPCB-IV+ norms of 75 dBA @ 1 mtr at 75% load under free field conditions. (ii) Air inlet louvers specially designed to operate at rated load even at 50 deg C air inlet temp. (iii) Powder coated for long lasting service life and superior finish. (iv) Insulation material meets exacting IS 8183. (v) Gen Set Battery should be inside the encloser. (vi) Outer body & doors-CRCA sheet and as per OEM. D. ACCESSORIES (i) Suitable channel frame (ii) Storage battery of 1X12 Volts/ 1 X 24 Volts of suitable 90 AH capacity as per manufactures instruction mounted on angle iron froame of suitable size as directed. E. ENGINE CONTROL PANEL (a) The control panel shall be made of CRCA sheet duly fabricated and powder coated and complete with internal wiring with suitable size of wire, bus bar etc and fitted with the following accessories :- (i) MCCB 4 Pole 250 Amps 36 KA Microprocessor release type or as per OEM – 01 No .(ii) Digital Ammeter with CT of size 250/5A – 01 No (iii) Digital Voltmeter 3 Ph 415 volts – 01 No (iv) Microprocessor based DG set control unit with SIM enable or as per OEM- 01 No .
