Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 5000 Ltr. Per Hour Capacity RO Plant at Kanpur Airport

Design, supply, assembly, erection, testing and commissioning of RO Water treatment system and all its components such as Storage Tank, Pumps, Membrane and Filters, RO Module Cleaning System, Antiscalant Dosing System, Monitoring instruments, UV system, Piping and Valves, Electrical Control Panel, Float switch, associated civil work i.e. Foundation etc. to achieve Permeate water Output = 5000 lit/hr. and Minimum Recovery = 60- 75% or higher complete as required. Permeate Water Quality shall be as per IS 10500 : 2012 with up to date amendments. ● The tentative characteristics of the on-site raw water source are as follows: Turbidity (NTU) = 15, TDS = 3000 mg/l, Total Hardness = 1000 mg/l, Calcium = 300 mg/l, Magnesium = 108 mg/l, Chloride = 780 mg/l, Total Alkalinity = 600 mg/l, Sulphate = 200 mg/l, Nitrate = 1.96 mg/l, Fluoride = 0.68 mg/l, Iron = 0.82 mg/l, Colour = 5 HU and PH = 7.62. However, bidders may obtain the latest Water Test Analysis of the site at their own cost before designing the RO plant. All-inclusive comprehensive maintenance contract (AICMC) of the complete RO plant system including troubleshooting, preventive and breakdown maintenance, pump repair/replacement, membrane and filter replacement (when required), electrical & instrumentation components, providing chemicals required for antiscalant dosing as per good engineering practices, manufacturer's recommendations and instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The agency shall also submit permeate water test reports on a quarterly basis.
