PROVN OF SILENT TYPE DG SET (CAPACITY OF 320 KVA) AS STANDBY FOR CDA GUWAHATI OFFICE COMPLEX UNDER GE GUWAHATI

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of static silent dieset engine driven generating set suitable for out of 320 KVA, 415 volts, 3 Phase, 4 wire system of supply, AC, 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum, 1500 RPM as per IS:13018 and alternator as per IS:13364 complete with AMF panel for automatic starting on mains failure, control panel (AMF) having meter, sound proof canpoy as specified below. The DG set shall consist of a diesel engine coupled directly to a matching alternator and mounted on anti vibration pads as recommended by manufacturers on a common base frame including cement concrete foundation in 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate at a height of 200mm and thereafter installed in the latest CPCB norms approved acoustic enclosure complete with control panel as recommended by manufacturer, complete all as specified and directed and shall comprise of the following:-

(a) Engine (Prime Mover): Directly coupled diesel engine water cooled, suitable de-rated of matching BHP for driving 320 KVA capacity alternator electric start, four stroke designed to run continuously at 1500 RPM confirming to latest IS 13018, BS 5514 standard with an over load capacity of 10% for one hour in every 12 hrs operation complete with following accessories:- (i) Fly wheel to suit flexible coupling. (ii) Flexible coupling with guards. (iii) Dry type Air cleaner with filters. (iv) Lubricating oil filter. (v) Anti-vibration pad as recommended by manufacturers. (vi) PT/Micro fuel pump with electronic governor of suitable capacity. (vii) Selt starter 24 volts DC. (viii) Battey charging alternator. (ix) 2 Nos 12 volts batteries as recommended by manufacturer along with flexible copper battery lead and connector. (x) Standard safety device as recommended by manufacturers.(xi) Daily service fuel tank for full running capacity of DG set for min 08 hours enclosed within the canopy all as per CPCB with lever indicator, inlet, fuel outlet, drain plug, air vent and locking arrangements etc. (xiii) Engine display should have KW, KVA, KWH, KVAR, Power Factor, Phase to phase to Neutral voltage, Ampere etc and having the following display also:- (aa) Lubrication oil temperature. (ab) Lubrication oil pressure. (ac) Water temperature. (ad) Battery voltage. (ae) Indicator lamp etc. (af) Safety measures to be included for the following conditions:- (i) Low lubricant oil pressure trip. (ii) High coolant temperature trip. (iii) Engine over speed trip. (iv) Emergency stop.

(b) Alternator : 320 KVA, 240 KW at 0.8 power factor, self-regulated, 3 phase with neutral 415 volts, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, screen protected, self excited & self regulated, brush less as per IS/IEC 60034-1 & will be suitable for tropical conditions complete with automatic viltage regulator and foot mounted including making cable connection. The salient feature of alternator are as under :- (i) Viltage regulator under static condition +1.0% (ii) Class 'H' insulation. (iii) Permanently lubricating bearing. (iv) Capable to take 10% over load for one hour for every 12 hours.

(c) AMF Panel : AMF panel out side the canopy as per OEM recommendations and suitable for 320 KVA DG set, AMF control panel shall be factory made, cubical door, IP-54 protected, floor mounted, totally enclosed and shall be fabricated out of CRCA sheet 3.10 mm thick CPRI approved over and including angle made out of 50x50x6mm angle with removable side cover hinged front panel rear panel for esay accessibility powder coated complete with internal wiring with suitable size copper conductor cable and cable gland for external connection complete suitable for 320 KVA DG set with by pass arrangement including all necessary operating and control device such as contactor, MCCB of suitable rating or as recommended by OEM, multifunction meter, indicating lamp, with protection fuse for panel instrument battery charges with indicator out of low and high oil pressure, high speed, over load and earth fault protection, reverse current protection programmable microprocessor based controller with auto manual switch, start/stop control switch with flexible copper conductor cable and cable connection with lugs/thimbles complete as recommended by manufacturer.

(d) Acoustic Enclosure: Floor mounted acoustic enclosure suitable for minimum 320 KVA DG set as per latest CPCB norms approved of the make as that of DG set to be provided. Note:- (i) DG Set shall be composite type prime mover and alternator and allied acessories in one enclosure, including PCC/RCC foundation suitable for 320 KVA DG Set as per OEM recommendation. (ii) DG Set shall be confirming to guidelines as per MoEFCC circular No, GSR 804 (E) New Delhi dt 03 Nov 2022, Emission limits for Generator set shall be as following :- (a) NOX + HC < 4.0 (b) CO < 3.5 (c) PM < 0.2 (d) Smoke (light absorption Co. Efficient) < 0.7

M & L for Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting pointcomplete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying Sand coarse dry as in cushioning of underground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Only punned down sand shall be measured.

M & L for laying of Bricks in trenches as cable protection; laid perpendicular to the lenght of cable, common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class ‘A’ designation 75 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for GI Tubes, 'light grade', 150 mm dia with all fitting; laid in trenches as cable protection complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 400 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 185 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth wire of 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SI Part I all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 15 mm dia light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earth work, PCC pit with RCC cover, char coal, salt, funnel etc complete. Note:- Rate quoted by tenderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions-[i]. Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 50 m. [ii].PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50x50 cm with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways with handles.[iii]. Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr.[iv]. Funnel with watering pipe [GI pipe] 20mm bore medium grade & copper lugs, charcoal & salt as reqd.[v]. GI protection pipe of size 15 mm bore light grade 7.5m complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning LT Panel board, TPN 415 Volts, 50 Hz, out door cubical type floor mounted CPRI approved factory made, double door dust and vermin proof IP-54, fabricated out of CRCA sheet not less than 3.15 mm thick with 2mm thick for internal compartment duly powder coated fixed on angle iron pedestal made out of 50x50x6 mm with cable chamber for individual feeders for incomming and outgoing connections, one set of LED indicator lamp RYB with switch and fuse and the panel board shall be provided with proper ventillation including suitable size of cable alley copper bus bar suitable for carrying of current 800 Amps with suitable connections from MCCB out going to main bus bar shall be carried out with TPN copper bus bars of suitable rating and connections from main bus bar to out going MCCB's (intake point) will be carried out with TPN copper bus bar as per MCCB rating duly insulated and colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be rigidly mounted on suitable size of bridge insulator including necessary PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates)as in foundation of minimum 0.35 m height positioned and fixed with suitable nut, bolts, washers etc to the MC pedestal all as specified and directed comprising of the following :-

(a) MCCB 500 Amps 4 Pole 50 Hz 415 V with microprocessor Adjustable Overload, Short-circuit, Ground fault (4 Pole) & Fixed Instantanous having rupturing capacity 50 KA - 1 Nos (incoming). (b) MCCB 200 Amps 4 Pole 50 Hz 415 V with thermal magnectic release having rupturing capacity 25 KA - 4Nos (Outgoing). (c) MCCB 100 Amps 4 Pole 50 Hz 415 V with thermal magnectic release having rupturing capacity 10 KA - 2 Nos (Outgoing). (d) MCCB 63 Amps 4 Pole 50 Hz 415 V with thermal magnectic release having rupturing capacity 10 KA - 2 Nos (Outgoing). (e) 3 Phase digital multi function meter model A, class 1, 5A with relay Vega Series - 1Nos (f) Indicating lamp 240 volts LED type - set of three.
