Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 m wide and not exc 1.50 m deep for foundation, laying of pipe or for shafts, wells cesspits,man holes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying & testing 150 mm dia ductile iron pressure pipe socket and spigot end, class K-7, confirming to IS-8329/2000 blast furnace slag cement with portland cement properties suitable for push-on - joint with inside cement mortar lining, internal metallic zinc coating and external black bitumen coating duly ISI marked laid in trenches including making good disturbed surfaces of road /pavement/PCC surface as required including taking out old existing pipeline of any description and size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying & testing 100 mm dia ductile iron pressure pipe socket and spigot end, class K-7, confirming to IS-8329/2000 blast furnace slag cement with portland cement properties suitable for push-on - joint with inside cement mortar lining, internal metallic zinc coating and external black bitumen coating duly ISI marked laid in trenches including making good disturbed surfaces of road /pavement/PCC surface as required including taking out old existing pipeline of any description and size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Ductile iron (DI) fittings 100 mm to 350 mm bore for spigot and socketed pipes such as bends (any type radius and angle), tappers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket type etc), tee pieces, single branch, Y junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot etc), collars, caps & plugs etc. conforming to IS 9523 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI tubing 50 mm bore, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete laid in trenches including taking out old existing pipeline of any description and size complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI tubing 20 mm bore, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete laid in trenches including taking out old existing pipeline of any description and size complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Straight plain brass ferrules 20mm (or connecting screws) screwed both ends and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting the existing road of 3.65 m wide and pathway as per site requirement for laying various size of DI pipe under the road and making good distrubed surface as per existing road/ pavement/ PCC surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Point wiring with PVC insulated and unsheathed cable single core multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm size, 1100 volts, FRLS grade cable conforming to IS-694 1990 drawn in and including PVC Casing and Caping with all accessories including fabricated MS terminal boxes fixed flush with wall surface with 3mm thick masonite laminated sheet top cover fixed with brass screw for mounting switches, sockets, regulator etc including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly all as specified for including making good to the disturbed surfaces as per the existing, One light or fan point controlled by one 5 Amps switch one way complete all as directed..

S&F switch piano, flush type single pole one way 6 Amps 230 volt complete all as directed.

S&F ceiling rose surface bakelite 65x50mm three terminal complete all as directed.

S&F of MCBs, SP 6 to 32 Amps 240 V, 50 Hz, 10 kA, C-series, MCB to be fixed to the existing DB complete all as specified and directed. (Make :- Legrand/ Siemens/Schnider/L&T)

S&F of 300 mm sweep heavy duty metal body Exhaust fan, AC single phase 230/ 240 V, 50 Hz, 900 RPM with louver fixed with 4 no hold fastener nut, bolt washer, and connecting with flexible PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm including cutting round holes to the wall as per site requrement for fixing of exhaust fan and making good disturbed wall surfaces to match the existing wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. S&F of double ball bearing, vibration free metal, heavy duty air circulator wall mounted fan of capacity 600 mm sweep,1440 RPM, AC single phase 230/ 240 V, 50 Hz conforming to IS 2312-1967 metallic frame with nut bolts including all accessories and fixing on wall/iron column complete all as specified and as directed.
