Renewal of Singathankurichi - Ulakudi road km 0/0 -4/115 in Karungulam Block under MGSMT 2022-23 Package No.08

Clearing and scrubbling by cutting, removing and disposing of all materials such as bushes, scrubs, stumps, roots, grass, weeds, top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness rubbish including cutting of trees up to 300 mm girth. Km 0/0-4/115

Earth Work Excavataion and depositing on back with an initial of 10m and lift 2m in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS 20A Km 0/0-4/115

Providing and Laying Red Gravel for soling & for side berms to 75mm compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at optimum moisture content and hire & fuel charges for power roller , water sprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing danger lights etc, complete.

Advance patch work for making up the undulation in the existing B.T surface to an average thickness of of 25mm using 13.20mm IRC size HBG metal

Applying tack coat over BT surface (not treated with primer) using 3Kg of bituminous emulsion per 10 Sqm. including cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost of which will be recovered at the rates as per special conditions appended herewith including conveyance of bituminous emulsion to actual work spot handling charges including labour charges for brushing, cleaning and preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and labour and machinery charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous emulsion including hire, fuel and running charges for all tools and plants employed for the work including all other incidental charges such as barricading and providing danger lights, flags etc., complete as per standard specification.

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25 MM THICK USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc complete as per MORT&H specification No.803

Kilometre Stone Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1703

Towards the charges for routine maintenance of the road work executed under Bharat Nirman including dressing of bermsby refilling the gully with form berms, desilting of side drains and CD works , Whitewashing guardstones, painting of KM & HM stones,Parapets, cutting of breaches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones , caution boards, speed limit boards etc with the periodiocity for the above actitvities as prescribed in IRC SP 20-2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectiufied by the contractor at his own cost.
