Note: Rate for making good shall be deemed to be included in above item rate.

Point wiring complete with ISI marked 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 Volts grade FRLS with multistranded copper conductor drawn through concealed/surface in wall/roof/ceiling surface and its accessories on the surface etc including PVC rigid concealed conduit suitable size with all accessories such as bend, reducers, MS hooks, MS junction boxes, 2mm thick galvanised steel pressed sunken terminal boxes of suitable sizes for mounting of switchs, sockets, fan regulator etc covered with 2.8 mm thick plastic laminate Hylem/Anchor top cover sheet of required colour fixed with brass screws and cup washers painting terminal boxes inside and outside with one coat red oxide primer including fixing and 1.5 sqmm copper conductor as earth continuity to connect common earth dolly for One light point/Fan point/Exhaust point and call bell point controlled by one way switch complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing the excavated soil from the trench n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and spread dry fine aggregate sand in trenches for cable cushioning all as specified on both top and bottom of cable including ramming all all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : For the purpose of payment the punned thickness only measured.

Supply and lay Brick tiles; common burnt clay building bricks sub-class ‘B’ of standard size laid in trenches of across the cable protection all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Laying XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core in trenches/floors/wall and under road including connecting with suitable aluminium lugs and including taking up defective unserviceable cable of the any sizes all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Earth work, Sand cushioning, GI pipe and brick for protection to be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing LED street light 25 watt luminaries comprising of epoxy powder coated housing, enclosed with glass cover including 40mm GI Bracket and fixing arrangement in road light, security light etc complete with all accessories and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm with suitable size and including taking down defective unserviceable street /security light any size as per specification & as directed by Engr-in-charge. Supply and fixing in replacement of MS clamp of size 40mm x 3mm for holding GI pipe with pole and wall complete with nuts, bolts and washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying 40 mm bore light grade galvanised for protection of LT cable in poles, under road crossing in floor and post lantern light etc incl taking down unsv tubing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for checking and locating faults of light/power circuits and defective electrical light/ fan/ bell/ socket outlet 5 Amps and 15 Amps for continuous electric supply or broken neutral system, rectify the same, tightening of loose wire/circuit by using the same old wire or by using new wire up to 1.00 metre length and similar petty work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : (a) Switches, socket, modular switch/ sockets, fan regulator, tube light, ceiling rose, bulk head fittings, security lights, DB SPN 8 way & DB TPN 4 way, MCB SP, MCB SPN, TM junction box, mounted sheet and condensor etc shall be measued and paid separately under respective items. (b) Daily take ARMAAN/written complains raise by user in MES complaint cell and settlled every evening time in office. (c) Repair / replace upto 5 items to be measured on one Job. (d) Contractor will arrange for electrician tools, tester, meggar, testlamp, safety shoes, hand gloves, instulation tapes, cotton waste and all tools spanner set tool bag etc.
