Spectator Stand Shed Foundation of spectator shed as per including fixing accessories including all civil works i.e. surface excavation and excavating holes in all kind of soil , RCC foundation with 1:1.5:3, suitable reinforcement steel, form work & MS foundation nut bolt etc for fixing of post/ columns. All works shall be executed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note- Vendor must be insured that the drawing & design of the tenisle roof structure (veh parking shed) to be produced to Engineer-in-charge for obtain approval prior commence the work)

Supply, fabrication & erection Tensile structure (for spectator shed) comprising of mild steel structure as per approved drawing with PU primer and two coat of PU paint coating as per approved colour and shade, includig designing, supplying and fixing of tensile fabric of grade as approved by Engineer-in-charge including fixing accessories including all civil works as directed by EIC. Flooring of the spectator shed shall be 20 mm polished gang saw cut granite stones with approved color design and pattern over 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 & cement slurry and 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 and 100 mm compacted thick hard core 60 mm to 45 mm size stone aggregate. All works shall be executed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note- Vendor must be insured that the drawing & design of the tenisle roof structure (veh parking shed) to be produced to Engineer-in-charge for obtain approval prior commence the work)

Chain Link Fencing 4.50M Ht Excavating holes more than 0.10 cum & upto 0.5 cum including getting out the excavated soil, then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc, disposing of surplus excavated soil, as directed within a lead of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. Supplying & fixing at site Angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia. etc. complete.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete.

Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade

Seating arrangement Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Polished Granite stone slab colour of Black, Cherry/Ruby Red or equivalent or all colour and texture as approved by Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Synthetic Turf Flooring Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge: All kinds of soil

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 16.57.1 40/50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity.

Providing and laying seal coat over prepared surface of road with bitumen heated in bitumen boiler fitted with the spray set spraying using 98 kg of bitumen of grade VG - 10 and blinding surface with 0.90 cum of stone aggregate of 6.7 mm size (Passing 11.2 mm sieve and retained on 2.36 mm sieve) per 100 sqm of road surface, including rolling and finishing with power road roller all complete. Note: Seal coat items to be operated only with the prior approval of chief Engineer concerned.

Supply and laying synthetic all weather surface suitable for Tennis/ Basketball & Vollyball court (8 layers) out door type;- (a) Primer course - Providing and laying one coat of acrylic primer. (b) Filler course - Providing and laying two coats of acrylic resurface blended with approved silica sand. ( c) Cushion course - Providing and laying three coats to created a smooth cushioned finish in preparation for the texure and finish courses. (d) Texure course - Providing & laying one coat of Pace coat which will provide a uniform surface texure and determines in speed of play and traction on the court.
