Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for laying of cables, poles, stay and getting out of excavated material, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation of road /floor cutting by manually for laying of cables including making good to disturbed surface to match with the existing surfaces after laying of cable/GI pipe in trenches etc,including disposal of debris to a distance of 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Double wall Corrugated High Density Polymer Ethylene (HDPE) pipe For laying of Electric cable of size 50mm outer diameter and 38 mm inner diameter with IS 16205 (Part 24) 1: 2018 laid in trenches, wall, floor, pole including bends, sockets and other connected accessories, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Double wall Corrugated High Density Polymer Ethylene (HDPE) pipe For laying of Electric cable of size 120 mm outer diameter and 103.50 mm inner Diameter with IS 16205 (Part 24) 1: 2018 laid in trenches,wall,floor,pole including bends, sockets and other connected accessories,complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, by using excavated soil in trenches after the cables have been laid and tested ,complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point ,complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for HT lightning arrestor expulsion type complete with all fitting transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps current rating 5 KA suitable for 11000 Volts & making necessary connections complete including taking down of existing lightning arrestor ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix drop out fuse unit suitable for 11000 volt mounted on MS channel complete with post insulator fuse barrel (fibre glass tube) etc for three phase ,complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 11 KV Air break gang operated triple pole switch for current rating upto 200 amps, mechanically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame outdoor type suitable for vertical installation single brake provided with locking arrangement, consisting of MS channel , HT post type insulator, copper complete including taking down of existing unserviceable air break switch, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair cable jointing kit for end termination suitable for XLPE, underground cable, 120-185 sqmm, 3 core, 11000 volt, heat shrinkable type outdoor type end termination ,complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch/control board upto 7.5m away from the earth electrode including excavation earth work, PCC chamber, RCC cover slab char coal, watering pipe, wire mesh lugs, earth lead protection pipe 15mm bore, light grade 7.5m long as applicable and as per plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 ,complete all as specified and directed. (a) Excavation and earth work in any type of soil. (b) Drilling of holes in electrode (c) PCC pit in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (d) 40 mm thick Pre-cast RCC cover with suitable handle. (e) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore ,medium grade & copper lug etc. (f) 50 mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe 7.50 m long for protection of earthing lead. (g) Requisite quantity of charcoal and common salt. (h) Connection to earthing test point and testing on completion.

Supply and Fix HT cable route indicator made out of 45 X 45 X 6 mm MS angle of length 60 cm and bolted with round CI plate of suitable size indicating HT cable 11000 V complete including excavation and grouting by PCC 0.3x0.3x0.3 mtr ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair cable jointing kit for cable jointing kit for cable end termination suitable for XLPE, underground cable, 120-185 sqmm, 3 core, 11000 volt, heat shrinkable type outdoor type end termination ,complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing cross arms of MS channel or angle sections etc from existing pole 2 pole structure / 4 pole structure , complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable ACSR conductor and supply and fixing ACSR conductor of size & type with and including aluminium wire or aluminium tapes jointing sleeves, lead and clamps, connector tape, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing pin / shackle / Loop / disc HT insulator etc of any size from 2 pole structure / 4 pole structure ,complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing stay assembly complete with stay wire ,complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts earthed grade cross sectional area of 3 core 120 Sqmm laid in trenches jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying in trenches or fixing in walls / poles or drawing through pipe XLPE insulated, screened ,PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables ( heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, grade cross sectional area 150 sq mm, 3.5 core including testing after laid and jointed with lugs, nuts, bolts, washers ,complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item Sr No. 19 here-in-before but cross sectional area 25 sq mm 4 core ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing thermoplastic cable junction boxes IP 55/IP65 with metric knockout for cable entry of size 200 x 160 x98 mm fixing on pole with 30 x 5 mm MS clamps, nut bolts, washers, terminal block and glands suitable for 16 Sq mm core cable including 6-32 amps MCB SP,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing light grade galvanised with all fitting laid in trenches of size 100 mm bore,complete all as specified and directed.
