Providing and laying stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired as per clause No. 406 to MORTH specification for road and bridge work (4th revision) of 2001 latest edition complete in all respect.

Providing and laying Prime coat on New WMM surface with bitumen 75 Kg per hundred sqm (Including Cost of Bitumen)

Providing and Laying of Tack Coat with 30kg Bitumen per 100 sqm

Providing and laying 40 mm thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, coarse aggregate of nominal size 11.2 mm grade I and coarse sand of size 2.80mm to 90 micron, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @5.40% percent by weight of mix and cement filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying [ as per 501.5.3 to 501.5.4] with a sensor paver & with finisher of sensor paver will be minimum 7 M wide and rolling with road roller and vibratory roller with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers {as per MORT & H clause 501.6 & 501.7] to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT & H specification clause No. 509 complete in all respect. (40mm thick), giving density not less than 2.40 gm/cc to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying 50 mm thick compacted Dense Bituminous Macadam using coarse aggregate size ranging from 26.5 mm to 90 micron and bitumen grade (VG-40) with bitumen content 4.50% of total weight of mix prepared including consolidation as per latest MORT & H (clause 505) specification with computerized hot mix plant and laying and consolidating at site of work for all lead with mechanical sensor paver and rolling with road roller as per MORT & H clause No.505.2.5 giving density not less than 2.30 gm/cc and compacting as per job mix formula complete in all respect as per satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge (Including cost of bitumen).

Providing and laying 150mm thick granular sub base consisting of filter layer confirming to Table 400.1 Grading - III of MORT&H 5th edition, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mix material to the site of work, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve desired density complete as per clause No. 401 of MORT&H specifications. Note:- 1 only crushed metal material should be used. No local earth sand shall be used The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero plasticity index(Pl) 2.Materials to be used and operations of manufacturing shall be approved by engineer

Hiring of one No. tractor trolley including diesel/lubricant & maintenance and along with 10 Nos. Beldar with kassi& basket etc, for eight hours Working for lifting of material GSB/ construction material waste/metal/earth etc& filling in tractor trolley complete and filling of potholes manually by labour as per site requirement of material at site. Including all the charges, taxes and contractor profit etc, complete in all respect, and entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge

Hiring of 1 no. of JCB for lifting of GSB/metal/building waste material/earth and filling in trolley including operator and Diesel etc.Complete in all respect (8 hours per day)

Hiring of 1 no. Dumper for lifting of GSB/metal/building waste material/earth and filling in trolley including operator and Diesel complete in all respect to disposal off to a suitablelocation (8 hours per day)
