Taking down steel collapsible gate of any type and Area of gate n.exc 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Mild Steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other coveringin Fe 410-W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A . Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and pintle hinge or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; incl errection and fabrication also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Steel rolling shutters, Thickness of laths in 1.00 mm with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix collapsible steel gates top hung consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars top and bottom runners brass handles etc as specified erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down rolling shutter any type including hood covers, top covers for carrying out repairs/ replacement of worn out parts such as brackets, guide, shaft, pulleys, gear wheels, gear boxes and straightning partition, side patti, press button, rails, tightening end clips, cleaning and greasing the parts in good condition and refixing for Shutter area upto 15 Sqm. Note :- Spares replaced will be measured and paid separately as "Supply only".

Material and labour for pressed steel frame for doors size 105 x 60 mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for filling in pressed steel frames and other similar items etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 2, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 701 to 850 mm in width and of weight between 36 to 60 kg and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Aluminium Powder coating section for door frames & shutters/partition etc including joining cleat, mullion, grills etc.sliding/openable type complete of standard sections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge. Supply and fix factory made Soild PVC Door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm palin colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, suppling and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.
