Execution of work under MW (Conservation) to Repairs disturb stone flooring at Sion Fort, Sion Mumbai. As specified in the BOQ.

Execution of works

Dismantling the existing dilapidated disturbed out stone flooring, damaged UCR masonry wall and stacking the useful stone separately at one side of the site for reuse and disposing the unwanted materials away from the site etc complete as directed by site incharge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:3 with 20 mm stone metal obtained from approved quarry including compaction etc complete as directed by site incharge.

Providing uncoursed rubble stone masonry of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal in CM 1:3 for foundation of piers, abutments, wings etc. including bailing out of water,striking joints, scaffolding and watering etc complete as directed by site incharge.

Providing and laying stone flooring with dressed basalt stone of size 0.45x0.30x0.10m thickness stone obtained from approved quarry including loading unloading conveyance and fixing in position over the bed of 50mm thick in cement mortar 1:3:6 etc complete as directed by site incharge.

Providing pointing to the joints of stone flooring masonry in cement mortar 1:3 including curing etc complete as directed by site incharge.

Removal of Debris/ garbage / office waste etc. accumulated in the premises since copule of decades including sorting out material for further uses if in good condition and disposing the waste beyond the Municipla area up to distance 40 KMs as per their norms etc complete as directed by site incharge.
