(Note : Make of cable : Gloster/Polycab/CCI). Note:Earth work and excavation ,sand filling , cable protection etc shall be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth iead strip of 25 x4 mm mm size by means of bolts,nuts check nuts and washers of GI all as shown in electric plate No 3 connecting to earthing test point including necssary exacavation in any earth strata , PCC chambers in PCC 1:3:6 type C1, RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab 50mm thick with 8 mm dia TMT HCR/CRS steel bars at 140mm C/C both way and lifting handle watering pipe of GI 20 mm dia medium grade, funnels, lug and charcol,salt including 100 KG of Bentonite powder etc all as applicable and as per plate No 3 of SSR part 1 connecting test point and testing on completion complete and all as specifed and as directed . Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation for laying of cables/ foundation of post holes etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cms thick in excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated soil n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc.1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread clean M sand in trenches including levelling, punning for cushioning of cables complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thickness of sand cushioning only shall be measured and paid.

Supply and lay Fly Ash bricks of size 230 mm x115 mm x75 mm ,75 kg/sqcm in layers perpendicular to the axis of UG cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation/coping of poles including necessary form work and finishing the exposed concrete surfaces even and fair including demolition of existing PCC Foundation and removal of debris off the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for GI Tubing 80 mm bore Light grade with all fittings laid in crossing road/ complete and or fixed in wall /pole up to junction box including necessary clamping etc complete all as specified and as directed.Note : Cutting of road item shall be measured and paid seperately. Supply Fabricate, install, connect, test and commission in repairs Outdoor type weather , dust , water & Vermin proof LT electrical panel board, Factory fabricated cubical kiosk type , 1100 volts, 50 Hz AC supply, totally enclosed with front opening hinged doors with plain top projected Manufactured by CPRI Approved Manufacturer, fully made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA Sheet with 400 Amps rated copper chamber including cable gland of suitable size and adequate nos and cabinet for housing/mounting switch disconnection fuse unit including suitable angle iron/ flat iron frame work/ supports bottom 40x40x6 mm MS channel as base and metering equipment prewired complete suitable for mounting following switch gear items internally connected with suitable capacity copper link strips for RYB &N supply and internal wirings with FRLS copper conductor cable connection using new lugs with suitable colour code duly marked the incoming and outgoing controls complete mounted on PCC Platform and foundation, complete with danger notice and finished with external surfaces two coats of powder coating paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and comprising of the followings:-Note: (i) Existing cables which removed from old panel board will be fixed with new lugs during fixing in new panel board (ii) Getting of approval for Panel board drawing from GE is necessary before fabrication.
