Material and labour for carrying out ' B ' check Maintenance for Jackson /Cummins Make 125 KVA DG Set ,Cummins/ Kirloskar (Engine),Stamford (Alternator). complete i.e engine & generator ( Silent type), all as per manufacturer instructions, including cost of following ‘B’ check spares and minor spares required for carrying out the check like nut, bolts, washers, gaskets, screws, hose clamps, including replacement of LO filter, Fuel filter, By pass filter, cleaning of air filter using pressure air, separator for fuel water, inhibitor corrosion, O ring, and draining out old engine oil from oil chamber and removing deposited material including applying grease, CRC in moving parts and draining out water from radiator assembly and refill new after mixing with coolant including tightening all inlet and outlet connections and replacing minor items such as hose clamp, screws, washers etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : 1. Rates are exclusive of following :- (a) Engine Oil : valvoline premium blue 7800 plus engine oil - 20 liters (b) Corrosion Inhibitor : 05 liter (c) Separator for fuel water- 01 No (d) Lubrication oil filter : 01 No (e) Fuel filter : 02 No (f) By pass filter : 01 No (g) Air filter : 01 No (h) coolent : 25 liter 2. The 'B' check will be carried out by auth representatives of DG Set manufacturer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. 3. Quoted rates includes fright charges. 4. Any other parts replacement required will be paid under respective item of schedule.

Taking down old/unserviceable field coil from the alternator assembly of DG Set of capacity 125 KVA, including cutting, welding and rewinding the field coils with best quality new super enameled copper wires as per existing gauge of weight 35 kg (Appx), insulation material, varnishing, heating the same upto rated temperature, reassembling the field coil in the existing position, commissioning and testing complete all as required and directed by the Engr-in-charge

S&F in repair of FIP & governor unit upto 125 KVA DG set complete with dismantling, replacement of damaged components as required for smooth functioning and assembling including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling self starter of DG set upto 125 KVA for repairing the starter, transporting to workshop, opening/disconnecting all internal connections, cleaning the same, taking out burnt armature, segrigation of serviceable parts for re-use, rewinding of armature with copper wire of existing size. Reassembling the same with replacement of following items and testing on completion for efficient functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge:- (a) Carbon brush 01 Set. (b) Beadex pinion 01 no. (c) Half clutch assy 01 No. (d) Field coil 01 No. (e) Slonoid switch 01 No. (f) Commutator 01 nos.

M&L for replacement of battery terminal leads of (35SQMM) copper wire single core PVC insulated 1.5 metre long of colour coding red or black complete with brass terminals fixed at site with petroleum jelly all as directed by engineer in charge.

M & L for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 150 sq. mm 3.5 core laid in trenches/wall etc incl taking out old one, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs battery charger for 12V to 24V microprocessor controlled with constant current charging 230 V, 50 Hz for batteries upto 180 AH, compete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Onload change over switch with SS enclosure of capacity 250 A, 415 Volts, 4 Pole from existing panel with necessary connections incl required accessories , complete all as specified and directed. Note :Phase Barriers & Handle with door interlock kit is integral part of the Changeover Switch. Make -Havells, Cat No. IHCNFE0250 Or equiv in L&T/Legrand

M&L for dismantling the unserviceable radiator for DG Set upto 125 kva DG capacity from engine, transportation to the workshop, repairing the tank/storage portion including necessary welding & making leak proof of the tank, cleaning the complete radiator with chemical agent and pumping Set including replacement of defective copper core and reassembling the radiator including replacement of all old rusted MS nuts, bolts washers & gasket Sets including refixing and testing for efficient functioning complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of Old Painted Surfaces of 70./75 KVA DG Set and applying with Two Coat of Grey Synthetic Enamel Paint on Engine and Alternator Body and Two Coat of Red Synthetic Enamel Paint on Fan Guard and Two Coat of Black Synethic Enamel Paint on Base Channel Frame of the DG Set painted with Spray Painting Machine, complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair and servicing of fuel injection pump by replacing fuel pump repairs kit and calibration complete suitable for Kirloskar make Engine of capacity 70/75 KVA, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Necessary spare parts incl in the quoted rate.

Repair and servicing of lubrication oil pump assembly including replacement of oil pump repair kit with new one for Kirloskar make engine, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Necessary spare parts incl in the quoted rate.

Repair only turbocharger of 70/75 KVA DG set, make : Kirloskar/cummins by dismantlinmg and refixing the same complete all as spicified and as directed. Note : Necessary spare parts incl in the quoted rate.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode copper plate 60×60cm ×3.15mm thick electrode and , buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to 20×3mm copper strip as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion incl taking out old one , complete all as specfied and as directed.
