Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water remove dust, debries/rubbish etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick other than fair faces of brick work or stone masonary work, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of new treated plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paints of any shade on walls (shade as approved by users) including curing before and after applying each coat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles/concrete block walling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete block masonary of 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with soild blocks, exc.10cm in width, set and jointed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete block masonary of 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with soild blocks, using old concrete blocks obtained from the demolition, exc.10cm in width, set and jointed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as spd and directed.

Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for raised pointing to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and Removing demolished material to a distance and depositing out site of MoD land Where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 100 mm thick , as in floors and pavings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 75 mm thick sub base, sub floor and pavings complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) Joints 30 mm deep x 10 mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade B, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone crushed aggregate in plinth protection, 75mm thick, finished even and smooth using extra cement, including making joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 metres and at every change of direction and filling the same with & including bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in , in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, benching, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured /Grey Chequred cement concrete tiles 30cm X 30cm X 20mm thick, set ,pointed & jointed in neat cement slurry in floors polished with grey cement & pigments .Layed over 20mm thick cement screed base (1:4) and all as directed by Engr-in -Charge. Make: NTC/NITCO/ULTRA /JOHNSON

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed / vibro mechanically floated interlocking coloured/Grey cement paver block ISI marked, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with topping of grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning complete. Shape pattern of laying shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Machine pressed / vibro mechanically floated interlocking cement paver block ISI marked, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade, with topping of grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning complete. Shape pattern of laying shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and removing demolished material to a distance and depositing out site of MoD land Where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface chanels and drain, complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc (inner girth only measured) all as specified and as directed.

Material for factory made precast PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in kerb stone of size 300 x 300x 100mm thick (width and depth of kerb stone shall be 100mm & 300mm respectively) set in CM (1:4) inclduing necessary form works and earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for one coat of plastic emulsion paint of any description on old plastered surfaces or concrete surface of any description over 10cm girth or width not other wise described, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for 20mm thick granite of black shade (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.
