RequiredCompany/Contract Registration Certificate/ PWD respective class with Validation

RequiredTenderer in his name should have in the last five years ie 2021 to 22 to 2025 to 26 satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of Value not less than 50 percent of amount put to tender as Prime Contractor and Work done Certificate issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.

RequiredTenderer in his name should have in the last five years ie 2021 to 22 to 2025 to 26 achieved in at least two financial years a minimum annual financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works only as per bid document

RequiredThe tenderer should have executed in any year in last five years ie 2021 to 22 to 2025 to 26 the minimum 80percent of quantities as shown in the KW should be uploaded and Quantity Work done Certificate issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Banker Details for reference

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

Tenderers are required to read the Bid Documents carefully before submission of their bid.

Any discrepancies observed in the documents uploaded by the tenderer the tender shall liable to rejected.

Royalty on construction materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt., orders as may be modified from time to time.

As per Karnataka State Government order No.LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore Dated 01.01.2007 and Government Letter No.PW/134/BMS/2007 Dated 27-07-2007, a sum amounting to 1% of the bill amount will be deducted towards Construction Labour Welfare fund.

The Tenderer shall scan Original Workdone certificates / Turnover Statements and any other documents specified by the employer and attach the scanned file to the Bid. The Original Documents shall be produced for physical verification within one week from the date of Technical bid opening.

The Employer reserve the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason or what so ever.

The scanned copy of the Bank Guarantee or Fixed Deposit Receipts shall be uploaded in the e-procurement portal at the time of submission of bid and the originals of the same shall be submitted on or before technical bid opening date at the place of tender opening.

Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weight age of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2026-27.

GST shall be paid to the tendered amount separately.

Contractor should quote same rates for every similar Items. If Contractor quoted different rates for same items the lowest rate quoted will be considered

All other terms & conditions as per the Tender Document.

The contractor should Inspect the Site Before Submitting Tender and relevant document of site inspection duly signed by the Junior Engineer of TMC Sankeshwar to be uploaded
