M&L for providing and fixing Gypsum Board 12.5 mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw (as per manufacturer's instructions) to Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre / intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long including two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on ceiling including dismantling of old existing false ceiling with grid etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for decorative POP cornices / moulding of pattern as per approved by Engr-in-charge of cross section area exc. 13 Sqcm and not exc. 25 Sqcm including two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass of any thickness / Size or quality from aluminium door / MS or aluminium sliding window frame fixed With rubber packing and aluminium beading and S&F 5.5 mm thick sheet glass plain ordinary quality area exceeding 0.50 sqm each pane with necessary aluminium beading and rubber packing complete all as specified and as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass of any thickness / Size or quality from wooden/metal frame fixed With putty / beading & S&F 3mm thick sheet glass, plain or frosted ordinary quality not exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down or removing old unserviceable wire cloth of any size and description from aluminium door / MS or aluminium sliding window frame fixed with rubber packing and aluminium beading and S&F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm area exceeding 0.50 Sqm with necessary aluminium beading and rubber packing complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of existing old bituminous tarfelt (water proofing treatment) including cement screed bed, concrete padding and clean the surface with wire brush and washing with water to achieve the original surface of slab including removing debries and rubbish off the premises etc. complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, walls, chajjas etc, shall be carried out with and including the following provisions etc. complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge:- (a) M&L for 10 mm thick plaster screed bed layer in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and smooth. (b) Preparing plastered surfaces of roof slab, walls, chajjas etc, by brooming with broom sweeping free from dirt dust etc and evenly applying a coat of approved bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm of area. (c) M&L for APP polymer modified approved membrane, non woven, polyster, weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm and 3mm thick with laps and overlaps as specified and joints sealed and applied complete by torch application method complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge and carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakage and seepage and rectifying the same to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. (d) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 Iitre / Sqm on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- i) The rates of this item shall be deemed to be inclusive of the cost of disconnecting existing water tanks on roof slab of any capacity and re-fixing the same including with necessary fittings & fixtures after completion of water proofing treatment work. ii) The Contractor shall arrange alternate water supply to the ACCN till completion of water proofing treatment work.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) of 75mm thick, laid in alternate bays including finishing the surfaces even and smooth using extra cement including demoiltion of existing PCC and removal of demolished materials etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of locking arrangement of inbuilt steel almirah / steel cupboards and make functional including changing of necessary fittings like steel handle, locking device, MS rod etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in repair high density 40mm bore polythylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kg/cm2 fixed to wall or in floors including with necessary socket, elbow & bend etc., complete all as specified and directed.
