M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete type D-2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub floors, sub bases etc all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment of approved shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade including 25 mm thick sand bedding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Brickwork with fly ash bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) mixed with WPC compound as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

S&F non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and set and jointed in neat slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface of size 450x300x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white or colour cement to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified.

S&F precast RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1, lawn bench and back support of size 1.50x0.60 m of maximum three person seating capacity supporting precast RCC type A-1 for back & base with including assemble the precast member with suitable nutt & bolt and placing and anchoring with hold fast 350 mm-16mm dia MS bar on concrete base (size 1.20x0.60 m for each support) with 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 over 150 mm thick sub base 1:4:8 type D2 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and planting of Hedge and Shrubbery (Anarmi, Ficus and the like) as directed by Engineer-in-Charge minimum 3 feet above GL including creation of Beds by excavating 60 cm deep and 60 cm wide trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction of 20% with 1 part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing leveling etc including stacking and disposal of material declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed within a lead of 50 m and lift up to 1.50 m complete all as specified and as directed.

The sprinkler shall have radius reduction capabilities by means of stainless steel nozzle retainer/radius adjustment screw.
