1)The tender should indicate the Manufacturers name, month and year of manufacturing by casting/stamping/etching/embossing at an appropriate place of each piece supplied, without affecting the functional utility and structural stability of the components /material. However, if the same is not possible because of component/item being small in size or any other reason what severe, tender should indicate the same in their offer. 2) (i)The Railway reserves the right to place orders for entire or bulk quantity on OEMs or their authorized dealers. (ii) Any firm quoting on behalf of OEM must submit valid & tender specific authorization certificate from their OEM along with their offer and agree for inspection by the nominated agency at the premises of their principal, failing which their offer is liable to be rejected. Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

INSPECTION BY THIRD PARTY INSPECTION AGENCY AT FIRM'S PREMISES.

Warranty and other conditions: The material shall be under on-site warranty as per Standard IRS Warranty clause for its satisfactory performance and trouble- free operation. The supplier or his agent should attend the on-site repairing of any faulty unit within 48 hours of telephonic intimation and repair/replace the defective equipment which has failed or is proving unsatisfactory in service due to defective design, material or workmanship within the Warranty Period at his own expenses at user premises.

MTC and load test certificate are to be provided from Govt. authorized laboratory at the time of delivery. All hydraulic jacks are to be tested under minimum 20% overload capacity.

Only OEM or Authorized Dealer of OEM are eligible to participate the tender. OEM or OEM authorization certificate must be uploaded during submission of bid. Tenderers who are OEM, must give undertaking for supply of spare parts for a period of expected life of the machine/equipment. Other tendered must submit undertaking from OEM for supply of spare parts for a period of expected life of machine/equipment.

Bidders must provide detailed technical specifications for their offered machine. they must provide specific values and data for each parameter mentioned in the annexure.

The tenderer must submit, with the offer, PO and Commissioning report for 10 same or higher capacity jacks supplied in the last three years otherwise offered will be liable to be ignore.

EMD & SD will be applicable as per GTC of E.Rly.

Public procurement (Preference to Make in India) is applicable as per gtc E.Rly.

Performance certificate for at least 01 jack same or higher capacity must confirm satisfactory operation for at least one year from the date of commissioning as on the original date of closing of tender along with counter signed by Railway gazetted officer. otherwise offer likely to be ignore.
