Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm DAR NO-15.23.1

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area beyond 3 sq. metres DAR NO-15.12.2

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying:(a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm.(b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm.(c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sam and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm, This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around.(d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately.For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.DSR NO-22.6

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : 25 mm thick dar-11.26.1

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. DSR NO-13.88

12 MM cement plaster of mix ;1:4 ( 1 cement :4 coarse sand ) ) DAR NO-13.4.1

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.(D.S.R Item-13.80)

Finishing walls with Acrylic premium Smooth exterior paint with Silicon additives of required shade: New work ( Two or more coats applied @ 1.43ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm) (apex Ultima, weather coat All guard) asian, berger. ( D.S.R Item 13.47.1 )

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade Old work ( Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10sqm) over existing cement paint surface (apex Ultima, weather coat All guard).13.112.1

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required::In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. (10.25.2)
