Supplying, fabricating, erecting structural steel work for roofing welded or bolted type using MS channels, angles, plates and round bars etc. conforming to IS specification including primer coating and enamal painting as per Design given by the departmental officers etc, complete as per standard specification

Supplying and fixing Mild Steel grills for windows, ventilators etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting Old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with Two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting Old Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of ready mixed (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Vibrated C.C.M 20 Grade (1:1.5:3) mix 65% of 25mm,25% of12mm and 10% of 6mm IRC size metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying, watering,curing and compacting concrete, cost of form work, centering labour therefore including all leads of water vibration charges working in heights wherever necessary, cost premoulded expansion joints (Bitumen Pad),etc., and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated single core unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable of 1100V grade insuitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A FT switch with paintingof suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 1.5 sq.mm copper wire for open PVC light point / fan point (for electronic regulator)

Wiring with 2 x1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated single core unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC Rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with suitable Module GI switch box on wall with 1 no. 6A one way module switch and 1 no. 6A 3/2 pin module socket with module front plate with painting of Suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 1.5 sq.mm copper wire for Open PVC conduit Plug point ( 8 points / Coil) Higher End (SD 314)
