M&L for preparation to old painted surfaces of wood or wood based material over 10cm width or girth of any description and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation to old painted surface of steel over 10cm width or girth of any description and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for preparation of old surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment of painted wall/ceiling incl pillar etc. by mechanical equipments like electric wall sander/water jet machine and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion (weather proof) paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over wall surfaces complete, by mechanical means as per manufacturer's specification all as specified and as directed by GE.
