Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying 100mm dia DWC pipe on HT cable laid in trenches/duct with proper way as cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing HT XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor 11000 Volt (Earthed) grade of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 Core (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable HT cable, complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) DWC protection pipe, GI protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

All as per serial item No 5.00 here-in-before but of size 150 Sqmm 3 Core complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for ascertaining / pin pointing the fault in faulty 11 KV HT underground cables by using HT cable fault locator machine, removing the fault and testing HT underground cable complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earth work and cable jointing kit shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for cleaning, rubbing by amren paper and other foreign materials external surface of 11 KV VCB panels and preparing the old painted surface for new paint, spraying by gun one coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour code of panel on external surface, including writing SM No/MES No with paint on black base complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cleaning, removing dust, pigeon poo and other foreign materials on external surface of VCB with required chemical and rubbing by micro amren paper and making surface rust free and aesthetic look complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Boring of holes upto 110mm bore under road, pavement, hard standing, etc by trench less technology using necessary machine / manually without disturbing the top surface suitable for passing the GI protection pipe / cables, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 80mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of HT electric cable including taking down old unserviceable protection pipe with clamps complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 100mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of HT electric cable including taking down old unserviceable protection pipe with clamps complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

S&F Switch air break, gang operated outdoor, Horizontal operated type, HT 11 KV, Triple pole, 200 Amps, 3 insulator per phase, rotating vertical type, with fixed contacts of phosphorous bronze and moving contacts of copper, manually operated from ground level with operating mechanism including GI tubing medium grade 32mm bore operating rod, pad locking arrangements, MS arcing horns, flexible braiding earthing blades, rod and contacts without drop out fuse assembly and jumpers with Mink conductor line, taps, clamps, colour coated HT sleeves and fittings suitable for vertical mounting, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Cross arm of 2 pole/4 pole structure reqd for installation of GO switch, if reqd additional, shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Scope of work shall include ACSR conductors PVC sleeves, PG clamps and thimbles reqd for jumpers/connections to OH lines of 2 pole / 4 pole structures and outgoing feeders.

S&F Drop out expulsion fuse assembly with fuse carrier, triple pole, HT 11000 Volts, 25 Amps, outdoor type (having two Nos post insulator mounted on MS channel for each pole) and jumpers with conductors line taps, clamps, colour coated HT sleeves and fitting, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair to existing switch air break, two/three/four pole gang operated outdoor, vertical / horizontal mechanically operated type, HT 11 KV, by cleaning of moving/static contacts with tetrachloride solution, scrapping and making smooth to existing spot points of the contacts by emery paper, providing grease on moving contacts, mechanical torque joint, tightening of canopy with drop out fuse assembly set (three contacts in each GOD switch) to make the GOD switch fully & smoothly functional, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning away all vegitation saplings, shurbs, bushes, undergrouth, roots and removing rubbish from inside area of MRS, 4 pole structure, feeder pillar box and sub station and removing outside of MRS complete all as specified & as directed. Note: Contractor shall ensure that no vegitation grows during the contract period on the area.

M&L for preventive maintenance / repairing by opening and taking out the Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) 11 KV 630 Amp, type VMX from panel and carry out the general maintenance such as oiling & greasing the mechanical parts, motor, gear, lever spring, operating rod, cleaning the female contacts, tightening of nuts and bolts, cleaning the male and female contact of panel, oiling the bus bar shutter, checking the AC/DC wiring, circuit including control fuses and circuit jack, on/off push button, indicating lamp, voltmeter, ammeter, PF meter, replacement of minor parts (where required) and testing after re-inserting the VCB in panel complete all as specified and as directed. The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Sch 'A' as "Supply Only"

(a) Trip circuit supervision Relay (b) Master Trip Relay, 24 DC (c) Over current & earth fault relay (d) Intelligent Panel Meter (e) Ammeter & Voltmeter Note:- (i) The tripping system of relays are to be calibrated with MRS, kanasar (ii) The testing instrument whatever required to test the relays will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. (iii) The test shall be provided from authorized agency.

Supply and fixing in replacement of battery backed power pack having input 110 or 230V AC, output 24/110/220 Volt DC and continous load 100 VA as per IEC 60947-1 & IEC 61000-4/5 complete all as specified and directed.
